On my arrival day, she has provided excellent customer service with unforgettable smile, her expedite check-in and personally guide us to the suite and surrounding area. Special thank you to the housekeeping decor person who has made a very special rose romantic decor on my bed. Maggie, Wendy and Vivian (restaurant manager and staff) have taken care all my meals during the stay. Buffet food were fabulous and delicious. Thank you buffet chef and your team have provided safe and good food to my family. We’ve used the in-room hot spring tub as a kid swimming pool, we had great time and house keeper had provided fresh towels within minutes. Thank you for the fast service. Overall “10 Stars” rating of my stay. Keep up the excellent service and see you all in the nearest future.

If you expect a better standard of hotel, please choose other hotel instead of this hotel. The hotel name is Holiday Hotel, please do not confuse with Holiday Inn Hotel. Location: Although it is consider located at the middle of the town. Noisy. 20 minutes walk to the shopping mall. Most of the shops is closed during night time. Hotel: Hotel Lobby is big and nice. There is a car park at the back of the hotel. Room: Booked more than 15 rooms during our group trip, some friends complaint that the hotel room is old, smelly, aircond not working, toilet bowl is too dirty, water tap not working and TV not working. Breakfast is the worst. No refill of food, coffee and tea is cold. Sorry to say that we notice a few cockroach near the food table. Overall: Budget Hotel, overrated, Terrible service. Avoid this hotel if can.

Reviewed By Gue KBooked through Ctrip, when we arrived we where told, that there are no rooms available, after long discussions, one of the front-desk guys was able to find rooms for us, but we had to wait for clean/prepare the rooms. After we could move in, we went to the hot-spring area, which was ok. After that we wanted to go for dinner in the hotel-restaurant where we were told, that they have no food available anymore (at approx. 8:15 pm! The receptionist told us, that we can go to a restaurant down the road and that they might provide a car which can bring us close to there, we only need to walk 5 to 10 min then to the restaurant. When we arrived there, they where cleaning up as they close at 9pm (one wonders, that the hotel-staff don`t know this, when the restaurant is basically in front of their door-step, and it was obviously not the first time, that they sent guests there when they "had no food"). Rooms: we had a "villa" with 3 bedrooms, what would be basically nice, but here is to say, they claim to be 5 stars, actually the villa was furnished like the holiday-appartements in Italy back in the 70s, except that each room had a TV-set. All in all it was the worst hotel-experience I ever had in China, and I am here since more than 10 years now and travel a lots all across the country. I would not complain, but even we booked through an agent, the roomrate was RMB 900,-, what is a lots considering the non existing standard.

Reviewed By 旅行摄影师冉静巴伐利亚庄园位于河源市源城区，埔前高速路口500米处，距香港、深圳、广州仅150公里左右，2小时车程即可到达。周末开通深圳中心书城、南山书城直达项目的免费巴士，赣深高铁、杭广高铁开通后，30分钟通达广深。这里被誉为“粤港澳大湾区的后花园，全球亿万华人的度假村”！来到这里就像来到了欧洲的德国小镇一样。 我们当时是从东莞东坐火车出发的，感觉去程的火车票比较难买（容易没票），建议提前预定。 到了景区，如果没有预定里面的住宿是需要买100元的门票才能进入的，大门口到庄园内部大概还有三公里的路程，可以免费坐景区的观光车。我们这次入住的是雅阁度假·温泉合院，位于巴伐利亚庄园温泉区的核心区域，含双早，含国医国药温泉。 在前台办理入住的时候，服务员会热心的接过行李帮我们放置在观光车上，每个人脸上都洋溢着热情的笑容，给人宾至如归的感觉。 很喜欢酒店大堂的设计，古朴典雅，就连休息区域的沙发都充满格调。 办理好入住到房间，大概要坐两分钟的观光车，途中会经过美食城和三养温泉小镇。 不得不说这边的环境真的是出门见绿，推窗见景，给人的感觉特舒服。图下就是温泉合院，房子是砖红色的，一栋分为三层，如果是一群朋友来，都可以包下整栋楼了。 这里的每一间客房都带有独立的温泉池和私家庭院，适合举家出游、好友相聚，让人足不出户尽情候鸟式假期。内部设施豪华典雅，一室一厅的开放式格局，宽敞明亮、采光极佳。 大大的电视、大大的温泉池、所有的配备设施都是五星级的！在这样的环境下度假，真是超级享受哇。 累了困了，往柔软的沙发上一躺，仍由温暖的阳光照射在脸上。 最贴心的是入住的时候客房还准备了丰盛的欢迎水果，对于早上坐火车来不及吃早餐的我们，恰好不过。 最喜欢这个温泉池，想泡多久泡多久，拉开窗帘还可以欣赏到外面的好风光，丝毫不会被打扰。 浴室的设计也很宽敞明亮，洗手间和洗漱台是干湿分离的。 齐全的洗护用品，对于出门没带的我来说很有必要。 如果来这里入住的话，行李上可以省去不少空间。 房间有两个大阳台，客厅和卧室都有，清晨在这里泡一杯咖啡，看看风景也是极好的。我的妈妈也忍不住让我帮她拍照留影。收拾好行李再美美的睡一个午觉，我们就开始出门游玩儿啦~ 如果住温泉合院，可以凭房卡免费进入，如果是单独付费的话，门票价格：平日168元，节假日188元，儿童78元。开放时间：09:30至23:00。个人觉得晚上来泡是最好的，有助于睡眠。 老人家都喜欢烧香拜佛，第一站我带着妈妈去了福源寺，中途会经过一个观景台，可以俯瞰庄园景色。这里的风车一直在转动，像童话王国一样令人喜爱。 走到福源寺，这里庄严肃穆，香火旺盛，我们慢慢的走着，生怕惊动这里的神灵。 这里是全球首座以客家围屋为建筑风格的寺庙，以菩提圣树为中心，依内外双层圆形呈现的十字形双轴上分列“禅宗”传统佛殿：天王殿、大雄宝殿、观音殿、地藏王殿、药师殿、财神殿。 其他(其他) 全世界首座户外仿金铜铸金菩提圣树，矗立于福源寺南北轴线与东西轴线的交叉点。树高13.7米，运用18吨仿金铜铸造而成，取材于释迦牟尼菩提树下悟道成佛之典故。全树4800片金叶子枝繁叶茂，冠盖如云，放异光明。 下山了会经过极速滑雪这个项目，这是华南首座露天四季旱雪滑雪场，落差达26米，近2500平米旱雪滑雪场面积，胆子够大的一定不要错过额，绝对惊险又刺激。 后看着一排排红色缆车从头顶经过，按耐不住好奇心的我又带着妈妈买了去黑森林的门票，100元的票价包含了欢乐世界、电游天地、元气森林、极速滑雪、黑森林索道、山地缆车、湖畔高尔夫、迷你推杆等七大游乐项目。 上山前需要在窗口把门票兑换成手环（当日有效）然后乘坐索道通向山顶。缆车开的比较平稳，就是里面的空间有点闷，没有空调只有扇子，大概5分钟左右的时间就可以到达。 推荐大家一定要在元气森林走一走这个矗立山峦的漫步过山车，非常有趣，一定要步行才能上去。 山水相依的巴伐利亚，土楼和欧式建筑建立在一起，相得益彰，真是别有一番风味。 从缆车出口处下来，直接就到了欢乐世界，这里面有很多好玩的项目，尤其是带孩子来的家庭，一定不要错过额。里面的7D多人互动影院，实感射击馆、星际时速、欢乐小火车、小摆锤、梦幻转马、高空脚踏车等各种好玩的项目，都可以带来畅快淋漓的欢乐体验。 出来玩儿，走了一下午，大餐也是必不可少的，河源正宗的客家菜也是必吃的！庄园的餐厅很多，我们选择的是菩提树餐厅。
