Fine for a business trip

Room was standard… comfy enough bed, desk, tv, etc. I was surprised it was a 4 star (I thought 3) because of the amenities (toiletries was a pump in the shower which was shampoo and body wash combined, no food available outside of restaurant opening hours, etc). The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Breakfast buffet had a decent variety and dinner menu was ok. Construction outside my window but wasn’t too disruptive as I was out all day. If you’re staying here for anything other than meetings at adidas, you will definitely need a car as it’s in the middle of nowhere

Reviewed By alaportaI have been in Novina Sleep Inn only for one night, but I have got very surprised by the service I have received from them, especially from one of their employee: Sonja. I have called the day before to inform that I was going to have a late check-in and she has been so nice to inform me about the automatic machine to do the self-check-in. The day after when I arrived to the hotel was 5 minute before the end of the turn of Sonja (21:55) and she check-in me as usual, but I was hungry and instead to just give an indication, she given me solution. She called the restaurant to place my order in German (I do not speck german), she informed me that the restaurant was accepting only defined kind of credi cards, as I did not had those cards, so she indicated to me where can I find an ATM to take cash. Finally, this is what I expect from an hotel. Thanks Novina Sleep Inn, thanks Sonja!!!

The perfect stay!
Reviewed By ganeaflorin1975No matter what I start with, everything was perfect! The hosts are extremely kind, always doing their best (and succeeding!) for us to have everything we need! The location is very good, quiet, în a green area, with a children's playground right nearby and a park very good for a walk in nature. Also the apartament we stayed in is specious, comfortable, very clean, with a kitchen equipped with everything you need. It is definitely the best value for money in the Bavaria area, having the opportunity to visit Nuremberg (and you have a lot to see here!), there are many other atraction nearby (Freizeit-Land Geiselwind, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Playmobil Fun Park etc. We thank the hosts once again and send a greeting to Tommy too!!! It was beyond expectations!

Nice room but employees were not transparent with charges
Reviewed By art11461I stayed at Herzogspark from Nov 29 to Dec 3. The stay was quite lovely and the people were very nice. However, I was not happy that I was only told that breakfast was not included in my room rate on the last day when I checked out. I felt that it was quite unfair and the hotel was not being very upfront about additional charges. In the end, when I checked out, I had to pay an additional and unexpected 150 euros.

Good Overall except the host
Reviewed By DesiCriticI stayed in this hotel on my first visit to Herzo. It’s nice location, rooms are clean,service is good as well, breakfast is good too. Only thing that makes me avoid the hotel for myself or even to recommend to others, is the host. He helped initially, but was rather rude on more than one occasion. Avoid the small talk to spare the experience.

Reviewed By Vladimir NNice place to stay. Clean and well equipped rooms. Has its own parking place. Close to city center. Friendly and ready help personnel. Only negative thing is the variety of choices for breakfast and lack of warm food. Would recommend this hotel for a short business trip.

Nur zufällig vorbei gekommen
Reviewed By barbarawG5708TBWir waren hier nicht als Hotelgäste, sondern sind zufällig bei einer Fahrradtour auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant vorbeigekommen. Es hat geregnet und als wir nach Anfrage erfahren haben, dass das Restaurant (zumindest für uns als Externe) geschlossen hat, wollten wir uns kurz unter dem Schirm auf eine Bank setzen, um unserem 1-jährigen Kind etwas zum Trinken anzubieten, ohne dass es dabei nass geregnet wird. Als wir nach ca. 5 Sekunden weggeschickt wurden, beruhigten wir die Dame, indem wir ankündigten, uns nur 1 Minute dort aufzuhalten, damit unser Kind noch einen kleinen Schluck trinken kann und wir die Fahrradtour wieder aufnehmen. Leider wurde die dort arbeitende Frau daraufhin sehr unfreundlich und sagte, 1 Minute dort zu sitzen, wäre ihr zu lang. Schade, dass manche Menschen so mit ihrem Besitz umgehen und uneigennütze Nächstenliebe egal zu sein scheint ...
