Reviewed By wsharppOther reviews were correct. This place is a hidden gym. I read all reviews before booking and they are accurate. The outside looks suspect. The rooms are all above the parking garage and small. But the rooms are modernized and clean. I mean they literally took modernized hotel/oceanfront rooms and inserted them here. I stayed in beachfront hotels in Ocean City MD, Virginia Beach, Myrtle Beach, and Miami Beach and these room are the same (no ocean view of course). There's no fitness gym, no business/computer center, no free breakfast, or swimming pool (keeps cost down). This place is for sleeping in a convenient location and then up and go. It serves its purpose; clean rooms and bedding, modernized rooms and bathrooms, convenient location, free cable and wifi, and great price. Went to Hersheypark and this place was perfect after long day. Will return next year. Also recommend Smoked Bar Grill across the street. Best BBQ in Hershey. Ribs, Chicken, pulled pork, bake beans, smoked sausage and sweet potato fries were great. I'm really surprised Hershey can have great BBQ.

Reviewed By littleworlMy 1st visit to this hotel and it did not disappoint. Went to a concert at the Hershey Theatre (hotel is VERY close which was a plus). Great staff, clean rooms and great selection for the breakfast. Close to downtown Hershey and the Park.

Reviewed By 281maryannbOverall the stay was great. Would come back again. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is near to many of the Hershey attractions. The hotel staff was helpful. The courtyard looks amazing unfortunately I didn’t have time to use it. Maybe next time.

Reviewed By donneill4686we chose this motel because of its location to downtown Hershey. However, the total had a strange odor, there was dried blood on the sheets, our air-conditioning did not work and the staff was less than helpful. overall a bad rxperience

It was a little pricey for the two days we stayed on a Saturday night and a Sunday night. It did not have a lot of ideas for things to do that were near by except for Hershey park and if you were not interested in that you were on your own. Restaurant data in the books were not up to date, a lot were closed.

Exceptionally clean and outstanding customer service
Reviewed By S4180FTcarmentThe rooms are older rooms but very clean. The breakfast area is updated and they offer many breakfast choices. The staff is very kind, and attentive. I needed to switch to a handicap room and they made the switch easily without complaint. It's nice they had a recliner in the room and a walk-in shower. We were there for a church conference at the Hershey hotel and it was minutes away as were restaurants. I highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Reviewed By LW2016116Stay would have been a 5/5 but we were overcharged for our room $40 after checkout. That hassle is enough to drop it 2 stars for me. Hotel was very clean, rooms were comfortable with microwave and mini fridge. Hotel pool was clean, exercise room was not impressive but it was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was hot with good options and something a little different each day (although the coffee was terrible). Located just outside of the main Hershey commercial area with shops and restaurants. You could have walked there with better weather in probably 15-20min.

Great location, rooms in need of updating
Reviewed By jjohns628099We went away for my birthday to Hershey and found the location to be perfect. Check in and out was easy. Staff was very friendly. The food and drinks at the restaurant were great and well priced. Guest room sadly did not rate as well. Lots of updates and repairs needed to the room. The bathroom had peeling wall paper, cracked tiles and water pressure issues. Bed linens and towels were all clean. The carpet had some stains by the fridge and the wall had crack repairs under the window. The mirror wall piece was missing a mirror. Tv and lights all worked fine Internet would constantly cut out. House keeping came in after the 1st night to take out the garbage only. No new towels and the bed wasn't made.
