Reviewed By Jagi2015Stayed almost a week at this hotel and even with the Corona situation, had a very enjoyable stay. One does need a certain amount of luck to get one of the parking spaces at the hotel. Most guests have their bikes with them including the bike trailers that take up some space in the lot. The room was rather warm for sleeping. The location of the hotel is very good - lots to see and do in the vicinity. Some rather nice restaurants in town as well.

Reviewed By jag343We had a nice two-room suite (with two twin beds pushed together in each) with a small kitchen. Beds were firm, pillows small, and no A/C. But place was clean and with windows open cool enough to sleep. Friendly owners. Ate dinner at the restaurant -- traditional Franconian dishes, delicious. The pool and spa in the basement is quirky. Spa is self-serve but costs; the pool doesn't cost extra but no towels. However, it is pretty with jets and a tree/cave decor. Very nice.

Reviewed By L E2 night stay for business, the room was very big, with ample hanging space for clothes, a dedicated shelf for your suitcase, a shoe mat and a large double bed. There were two chairs and a wee table for relaxing, plus a desk and chair too. The toilet was in a separate ensuite room to the ensuite shower which I imagine would be useful to couples staying. Little extras like Haribo sweets, a full carafe of water, and useful toiletries made it feel even better. Breakfast provided a great selection of both hot and cold, and gluten free bread was available, and warmed up too. Only drawback was the lack of air-conditioning.

Reviewed By EdithNieAfter making a reservation on the phone, I was promised to receive a written confirmation. Hours later with no confirmation, I wrote them on the only email address available on their website. By morning I still had no reply and then decided to call. The reception promptly told me that their is no booking under my name and I shouldnt have written to them at that email address and hung up the phone. I've never had such unprofessional service from any hotel. How dissappointing.

Reviewed By fitzbipThe place is in real need for a refurbishment, everything is old. No means of getting air into the room without undesired insects coming in as well. The place is stinking hot everyday, all day and no relief. No daily room service as well. The price of almost €90 / day for such a room is a high price to low quality ratio. There is a common fridge in the hallway for the whole floor. Breakfast service is wanting badly, very unfriendly and does not like questions. No explanation as to how BF works but will not serve what is not available. Children everywhere as it is a place for riding horses. It brings a lot of flies and insects with it without providing a remedy or fix. Can not recommend this place at all. Cheaply managed with a high Euro price, but low comfort level.
