Cosy homestay with excellent hosts
Reviewed By lightwing3Jasmine was a gracious host and she made sure that my needs were taken care of. I took a day trip with her cousin Scott and that was quite wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the sights and told us a lot about the historical aspect of the place. We took a boat trip down the river and explored the caves and it was a once in a lifetime experience. I'd heartily go back again. The next day I took a scooter tour with Jasmine's sister to the temples in the region. The breakfast and food at Mountain View were fantastic and the pancakes were a must-try. The only downside was that I had a bit of trouble with the water heater / pressure, and I was not able to get hot water until halfway into my shower. But other than that I had a pleasant stay.

Surrounded by peaceful environment and warm hospitable people, this wonderful homestay was our best hotel during our stay in Ninh Binh. This is a tastefully designed homestay with amazing countryside views and spectacular sunsets. Dinh Gia Home is a very special place and I highly recommend it, especially if you want to get away from it all for a few days. But never fear, if you still need to stay connected to the world, they offer rocket-fast wifi in the rooms. Well decorated, clean and comfort rooms, satisfying breakfast, delicious BBQ and lovely owners are just few of the values you get while staying there. Nature lovers- this is the place for you. Reviewed By abaratWe stayed at Palm Homestay 4 nights and we think it is an amazing place run by amazing people. The rooms are arranged around a lovely and very well mantained garden. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean, simple but cozy. We dined here every night, and every night we enjoyed different lovely Vietnamese dishes, prepared with care and using good and fresh ingredients. It was great luck to meet the young owners Anh and Quang, not only to discover the area of Ninh Binh, but also to understand better the history and culture of Vietnam. Quang was our guide when visiting Trang An, Hoa Lu, Moa Cave and Bai Dinh Pagoda and thank to him we were able to see and appreciate these places in the best possible way. We will be back here for sure and we strongly recommend staying at Palm Homestay when visiting this beautiful region.

Reviewed By Go655750The room was very comfortable, private and quiet. The hosts are a dream come true, absolutely so kind and welcoming. The food was also excellent. I extended my trip for an extra night and actually booked again for next week. The small town is perfect for just enjoying peaceful Vietnamese life with astounding scenery. The swimming pool is phenomenal!!

Reviewed By nomad-546-8119I was staying there one night together with my partner. We had a good time there and were totaly satisfied with this place. The owner family was welcoming. We also tried the dinner option in this place, which was also very good. It is close to the pagoda in Ninh binh. So if you want to stay there late without the tourist flows it is a good way to end your day in the hotel in a peaceful enviroment. If you prefer to party, it might be a little bit far to the next bigger event.

Reviewed By JoonaPaataloThis is a peaceful and idyllic place to stay and the hosts are friendly. The room was nice looking bungalow but didn’t have too fresh smell. Hot water coming from shower, ok restaurant. Sadly a bit far from many attractions that are located mostly on the other side of the natural park. Still, enjoyable stay and easy to access with motorbikes. Very safe place to park a bike. Consider visiting huge Chua Bai Dinh pagoda area nearby, it’s free entrance.

Because of many reasons, I forgot my ID card at guesthouse and the owner of guesthouse help me a lot. He sent ID card to me by mail. I want to say Thank you very mụch if you see my review. Hope to see u in someday. This ís the view from my room at third floor. So beautiful.
