The room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and polite. The indoor pool and spa are great, although located in a separate building. ( We asked for a nearby room which they accomodated.) The outside seating area is well equipped with a great view. A good value!

This is a classic, seaside motel reminiscent of the 1970'. Hey, it even has a telephone booth outside the main office! Rooms are small but functional and clean. Keurig machine, microwave and fridge are provided. There are zero restaurants or shops within walking distance; the closest restaurant is the very good Cafe de l'Anse about 11 km West on hwy 132. Breakfast from 8am and great seafood. What is hard to beat is stepping outside to the gorgeous views of the St. Lawrence, coffee in hand. The owners are friendly and helpful.

4-Star hotel in downtown Gaspe with stunning views of the Bay. Convention center for up to 300 people. Including TÉTÛ Taverne Gaspésienne Restaurant, souvenir shop, fitness room, CUBE movie theater whit arcade, massage therapy center Fernande Chouinard
We spent two nights at Hotel Baker and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was bright and spotless. Housekeeping services were available to replace items only but that was not a problem. There was ample parking. The room was functional and the walk in shower was great. My only criticism was that the dark painted doors and door frames were chipped. A quick touch up of paint is all that is needed. The gym was in the basement and certainly adequate for a hotel of this size. Be mindful that the restaurant is not open daily for breakfast and dinner although other restaurants are nearby.

Truth be told, all I was really looking for was a decent place to stay near parc national de Forillon. L'Auberge La Petite École de Forillon was reasonably affordable and would prevent me from having to drive from/to Gaspé every day. But this hostel was much better than I expected! Went for a double room, which came with its own sink. Not that big in terms of size, but more than enough for my needs. There was an armoire to hang my clothes and plenty of drawers. There is a huge kitchen that was recently redone. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm. They could do with another fridge, for space can be limited if the hostel is full. But other than that, everything was perfect. The kitchen is linked to a spacious dining/living room. They are also building a new deck in the back which will offers views of the river. The staff keeps the place sparkling clean. I've never seen a hostel kitchen and bathrooms so clean and I've been to over 150 hostels around the world. Wifi worked throughout the hostel, but the signal is better in the dining/living room. There is a gameroom in the basement, but it needs a little love to make it more inviting. The place attracts a lot of families. So even though there is a dorm, it might not be the best place for solo travelers to meet other people. Then again, it's so much better than the other hostel situated in Cap-aux-Os that I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Regarding the national park, you are a 3-4-minute drive from the southern entrance, which was perfect. L'Auberge La Petite École de Forillon is definitely the place to stay for anyone wishing to take advantage of all that the national park has to offer. Would go back in a heartbeat!

We didn't stay at the hotel but had dinner there. We arrived with wet coats and umbrellas. The Maitre d' could do no better than point to a clothes cupboard. He then ushered us in to a gloomy, silent dining room where, it transpired that he was the only waiter. Fortunately he was much better as a waiter than a receptionist but he could not compensate for the poor fare. The menu is prix fixe and quantity seems to be more important than quality. So after we had eaten half our main courses, the appearance of which was better than their flavour, we could mange no more even though we had paid for it.

We spent the first three nights of our honeymoon here and would recommend it. The room was clean, comfortable, and charming. The auberge was conveniently located on the main street for easy access to restaurants and shops. We found the auberge to be reasonably-priced, with a tasty continental breakfast and helpful staff. We used the auberge as a base for doing some hiking in the national park. We hope to return someday!

The Motel Du Haut Phare is one of the most marvellous places to stay in Gaspe. Our motel is located in the very heart of the Gaspe peninsula, at the gateway to the village of Cap-Des-Rosiers and Forillon National Park just where the International Appalachian Trail draws to an end... One of the loveliest places in the province of Quebec. Here you can always expect a warm hospitality and we will do everything to make people comfortable, your host Alain.
There is a beautiful view right in front of the motel with ample parking. The rooms are small and crowded given they have a kitchen area. The owner is pleasant too. Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable We had two beds and we both were tired and sore in the morning. This is a deal breaker for me so until the beds are updated, I would look elsewhere.

The end of the world cottages : 7 cottages facing the water at the end of the Gaspe peninsula more precisely in the town of Gaspe. We are offering you High quality lodging (high speed internet, SPA, playground for kids). Enjoy the comfort of our site while slowly visiting some of our landmarks such as : Forillon National Parc (40 min), Perce and Bonaventure Island (45 min) and Chic Chocs mountains (1h 45).
Perfect location and chalet for our family of 4. Many activities to do: a run to Haldimand beach and back, a day trip to Percé for zip lining and climb to the glass platform at the Géoparc, a ferry ride to Île Bonaventure (got to see Rocher Percé), a hike up Mont Saint Alban in Parc Forillon, a bike ride to the town of Gaspé, and a trip to the Emerald River are just some of the things we did. Highly recommend! Won’t be disappointed.

We stayed for one night. The man that greeted us I think was the owner. He was very nice, helped us with things to do in the area. The little chalet was very clean. Newly renovated. It has everything you need. Loved it. You can’t beat the view here. You’re right on the edge of a cliff. Sunrise was amazing! We even saw whales. I definitely would come back!
