Reviewed By Gustavo M MThe hotel is 3 years old, very nice rooms, good size, 3 swimming pools, 2 heated! PS4 to play, spa. The only weak point is the restaurant, has improve since they open but still short. Very clean, nice and helpfull employees.

Good hotel, friendly service
Reviewed By TatiMowaGood hotel, clean. We had a spacious room for ourselves and two daughters, the bathroom was espeically spacious. The attention was good in reception and we took advantage of the spa and had a massage, reiki and reflexology session. We enjoyed these and the children the swimming pool. Breakfast was good, the orange juice, as one would expect in this area, was especially tasty. There was plenty of choice and the staff made sure that there were no shortages. However we ate in the restaurant the first evening as we had arrived late and were tired. The food was disappointing. My daughter ordered chicken fajitas and they brought her chicken nuggets, I ordered tuna and they brought me a fish not even similar and insisted it was tuna. Needles to say we didn't eat there again but rather across the road and were very happy with the service and the food there. Overall good, but some details let them down.

The second first restaurant is bad
Reviewed By travelcat404I stayed at this hotel about a week ago, the rooms are clean, the front guys are friendly, however do not eat at the restaurant, the service and food is very bad, they have an attitude it is so bad just to give you a menu it takes them 30 mins, one of my party order a fish that smelled really bad, another party of mine got sick because they eat a lomo (meat) it look funky I had a chicken miliase that was ok, they don't have a wide variety of deserts is only flan or batata with cheese, overall the hotel was very centrally located, but remember do not eat at this restaurant is really bad.
