Reviewed By trappitsWe stayed with our family for 2 nights at Ille-Roif and it was just great! Fantastic pool, incredible and very individual rooms and a surrounding that is breathtaking! We were sorry that we had only 2 nights as we had to move on again. As it is very close to Rom, I can only heavily recommend this fantastic place, which is managed by Manuela, who was an outstanding host. All in all an unforgettable stay, to be repeated.

No swimming pool and far from all
Reviewed By Pimlico032Unlike the pictures and map on Tripadvisor, this place has NO swimming pool and is NOT located in the middle of the village. You are supposed to drive first to the "front desk" (the house of the owners, in the village) and then, to be accompanied 2 km from there, in the middle of olive-trees, but in a garden without charme. No restaurant, even in the village. So, not a very bad place in itself, but you loose plenty of time... and money. Very expensive.

Reviewed By gec57We were impressed by the help we received from Lucca. He arranged to collect us and also dropped us off at the train station. We were able to walk around the olive groves and property and back to his home for a lovely meal, as a large group of cyclists were also dining that night. He also took the time to take us to the olive factory and was a wealth of information. Ideal for self catering and a good start for exploring the Sabine Hill area. Children would love the area.

B&B situato cuore della Sabina, in un'oasi di assoluta tranquillità. La struttura che utilizza fonti rinnovabili è situata all'interno di un'azienda agricola nella quale è possibile approfondire temi legati all'ambiente ed allo sport equestre. Le Vecchie Scuderie offrono ai propri clienti anche la possibilità di soggiornare con il proprio cavallo utilizzando le strutture interne all'azienda o godendo della campagne circostanti. Il B&B è situato nei pressi del casello autostradale di Roma Nord, nel cuore della Sabina a 20 Km da Roma. Gli ospiti possono gratuitamente visitare le nuove scuderie negli orari concordati con lo staff.

Reviewed By sintasworldCozy stay almost next to the beautiful Abbey. My husband and I stayed for two nights , we felt super spoilt having a fantastic breakfast by the fireplace . Marcello is an excellent host , spoiling us with delicious local handmade treats , recommendations what to see and made us feel home . There is free secure parking part of the bnb . The rooms are great, we had the whole place to ourselves which made our stay even more special as we didn’t need to share bathroom and the living room has a fireplace as well and Marcello made sure it was taken care of and well stocked . We are looking forward to another visit!
