The Winnock Hotel dates back to the late 1700’s and throughout history has always offered lodging to weary travelers passing through by Loch Lomond and the Trossachs areas.Formerly a coaching inn, The Winnock hotel has been lovingly restored and tastefully extended to its present day form. Offering 73 bedrooms, cosy lounges; many with open log fires, a characterful restaurant, function room and public lounge bar, the hotel has many things in common with its historic counterpart with one striking similarity - friendly, welcoming service.
We had a lovely lunch today on the fabulous garden terrace. Wonderful establishment and if we weren’t passing through, we’d be happy to stay here too. We were looked after by Hannah, very polite, great ambassador for the hotel. Hats off to the chef ??

This is a great B&B with lovely people running it. Comfy bed, attention to detail, offering fresh milk, wine glasses and a good selection on hospitality tray. They also do a lovely packed lunch which is good value. Would stay again in a heartbeat

What a find. Lovely, warm and welcoming host and excellent accommodation. Our host had recommended the Clachan Inn for dinner, which was spot on. The twin room was beautifully appointed. Breakfast was duck eggs and smoked salmon with a selection of bread, yoghurt and fruit.

Built in 1804, Kilmaronock Manse has been fully refurbished to preserve its original Georgian features and country charm, and can be described as a chic boutique B&B offering superb luxury en suite accommodation. Close to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs, the manse lies in the National Park which provides guests with an array of outdoor pursuits: walking, sailing, fishing, golfing and horse riding, all within a very short radius from the manse. A secluded spot to rest and reflect upon the magnificent scenery and wildlife, throughout the year.
Superb stay - comfortable bed, amazing shower, beautiful room, friendly hosts and fab food - what more do you need?! We really enjoyed our stay in Maggi and Gordon’s home, we would have loved to stay longer than one night but it was a flying visit - hope to return again soon!

This is a great place to call in for a drink, lunch or dinner. We had lunch one day which was very tasty. We then had dinner for a friends 60th birthday as a group of 10. It was very busy but the service and food was amazing. Tom the manager is super friendly, as were the rest of the team. They made our friends birthday so special. We also stayed in foxglove chalets which were really lovely and brilliantly located, and owned by the Clachans owners. Would love to come and enjoy their hospitality again.

I stayed just overnight as part of the WHW . Very clean and comfortable en-suite room downstairs which was right next to The Clachan pub overlooking the village green. Beautiful bedroom. Used the kitchen which was clean and had breakfast which was provided for . Continental . My room was right outside the green but noise level was very low . We were provided with fresh scones and tea on arrival at Kip in the Kirk ( the other property . Would stay here again if I came back to Drymen .

Cant speak highly enough, immaculate high-end B&B with the friendliest owners ever. Check in was smooth, the room was decorated nice, spacious and clean. Went into town for dinner then came back and sat outside with a glass of wine overlooking the pond and the mini waterfall. The host (sorry i forget his name) was such a lovely guy. Highly recommended and was the highlight of our weeks trip all over Scotland

Our first stop on the West Highland Way and we couldn't have had a better start. Warmest of welcomes from Helen and Tommy and homemade dumpling and shortbread with our cuppa on arrival. Our twin room was very comfortable and breakfast menu very good. Tommy was head waiter at breakfast and served us a delicious breakfast cooked by Helen along with some real scottish banter! Homemade marmalade and plum jam too! Would recommend Rose Cottage to anyone visiting Drymen.
