Rooms are spacious with comforting interior. Restaurant with lush and green surroundings has pleasing decor, offers healthy, tasty food with decent price. Servers Ms. Aditi, Mr. Umesh were courteous and pampered us with delicious food. Mr. Mayank-GM was considerate to accommodate our families & friends by offering 3 rooms with MAPAI at best price. Hotel has essential amenities for families. We left feeling delighted. Looking forward to being their repeat guests; we are certain, it will be rewarding.

Reviewed By nientesoloStopped off here for lunch. Good selection of snacks and meal options. Service was good and facilities were also good and clean. India restrooms have a super long way to go before even reaching the Western standards but it was refreshing to experience hygienic and clean facilities

Big and grand hotel of Saputara
Reviewed By SwanayThis hotel is one of the biggest and also well maintained hotels of Saputara. The reason we chose this hotel was due to rooms size and also the grandeur which we saw in the pics - which the art pieces and the reception area they have tried to replicate a branded 5 star property. The place Saputara is so small that you can actually look at most of the locations from the roof top swimming and spa area of the hotel like the lake,garden ,ropeway etc. Now coming to : Rooms : We had 3 rooms booked and they gave us the rooms on the 10th floor and facing the lake & garden. The bed was king size but too soft if you aren't used to it it could cause uncomfortable sleep. The TV had limited channels and a large L shaped sofa and shair near the window overlooking the lake & lake garden. No bathrobs but slippers was available. All rooms were clean and comfortable overall. Bathroom : Overall a clean bathroom which had all basic toilateries of their label and all were average for usage. There was shower in the rooms alloted to us. Room Service : The staff was very dedicated and was keen to give their best service. We used both housekeeping which we called for late (9 :30 was really late for this place) but we got the required with a warm smile. Even service by the restaurant was good. It took minimum 30 mins however to get the order. Restaurant : There were limited items which were offered on the menu and the food was above average. Also the breakfast buffet has decent no. of spread including couple of local Gujarati snacks. There is also a outside seating area whcih we could not use much as it was raining mostly during our stay. Others & Misc : The hotel has a open ground near the slope parking area. Pool is on the roof top and it was quite dirty & no temperature control so it was quite cold as it was cloudy and rainy during our stay. We in fact had to call the housekeeping staff using the "spa" intercom phone (only intercom phone on that floor) to clean the pool and to open the changing rooms - which was quite dirty with dust accumulated on the floor. Overall one can see the post covid impact that there could be limited staff hence the part not accessed by the guests much was not kept upto the mark. But considering the prices they charge - it is expected to be.

Nice location but avaragr facilities
Reviewed By ParagChavanI found receptionist (Pathan) was not polite and bit rude. Swimming pool was not properly cleaned, recreation room was not maintained properly, carrom and table tennis were in very pathetic condition. Hotel location is very nice and touches to the lake.
