Staff members are always very friendly, always offer to provide help when you arrive with baggage and shopping etc. Greg the manager gives a good personal touch and is always approachable.

Reviewed By 145b_rbaracI usually don't like to leave bad reviews, but this place was just terrible. The staff was nice and that was the only pleasantry. The room was very small and dirty, my husband and I ended up using disinfected wipes to make it a little better because of how disgusting it was. The linen was dirty and we ended up sleeping on top of everything because we wanted minimal contact. The bathroom was VERY tight and uncomfortable (no wonder they don't have photos) we ended up showering in a gym close by. The window barely opens so there's no airflow in the room. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from other rooms. Location wise, it is far from everything. I guess you get what you paid for but after staying there I would gladly spend 3x on better accommodation. If you can afford something better, don't be cheap!

Reviewed By VnjoThe staff are lovely. The kettle didnt work so reception gave me a new one. Room was clean but had a real musty smell to it. The bathroom was okay but the upgrade looked like it was not done by a professional more like my paint job. Shower rose leaked down the wall and bathroom door jammed. Bed was nice and comfortable.

The room was disgusting, the balcony fifthy, the glass was disgusting as id hate to think what's been sprayed on it. . Two pillows only two people, no glasses to drink from, no cutlery. The internal doors have been replaced, not painted still with stickers.....woke to have a shower cold water...ran it twice still cold...the general place was filthy with crap around the place, carpets disgusting with stains, walls with obvious marks. Look at the A/C, doubt if that's ever been cleaned as it had fifth around the blades. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.....The manager said sorry and nothing else...didn't care less. $160.00 for fifth and cold shower no compensation even offered. I hate people who post negative comments as I also Manage a Motel Restaurant and can say this is the worse place ever....

Reviewed By LeahK687On our way to a funeral in gippsland we arrived at the hotel about midnight .check in was made easy and a upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartment was given from our triple room up the back we entered and was gobsmacked what amazing apartment. huge would be a word my only regret was not staying a week ...big thanks to the staff for allowing us to stay a little longer in the morning to finish a telehealth meeting with the ndis foe our son.....thank u so much..recommend recommend recommend

Beautiful little park, the grounds are really well maintained with beautiful little flower boxes outside each cabin. Not a huge park and only a little playground for kids but that suited us as the bigger parks with lots of kids stuff can get quite noisy. The toilets/shower facilities were spotless and the music choices being played were great. The 2 ladies we dealt with in the office were very friendly and extremely helpful when we had to extend our stay for a night. Considering the park is just off a main road it was still fairly quiet. Suited our needs to a tee. Will return again
