You may have all heard that everything is bigger in Texas. Well, Dallas does its best to fulfill that promise. You'll find several museums with vast art collections and fascinating specialty museums like The Sixth Floor Museum/Texas School Book Depository, which, though small in size, offers an immense amount of information about the assassination of John F. Kennedy. And of course, visit a local steakhouse for a terrific (and enormous) meal.

I really liked the room, clean and spacious. Front desk was super courteous. I felt it was a great option for the money and it was convenient to airport. The location is convenient but feels private and quiet. I did have trouble with UBER finding it as it's kind of an off any major street but I really felt it was great for the money.

Luxury, convenience and unsurpassed service are the standard at the Grand Hyatt DFW. The hotel is integrated into DFW International Terminal D and accessible from all DFW terminals via the SkyLink or Terminal Link systems. This luxurious hotel offers 298 elegantly appointed guest rooms, 34,000 sq. ft of meeting space, and a globally inspired dining experience.
We booked a night last minute because of missed flight connections and are so glad we did. Lovely hotel, very pleasant staff, nicely furnished room with quality linens and bathroom supplies, easy check in/check out and a decent restaurant. If we're ever stuck at DFW again we wouldn't hesitate to make this our first choice for accommodation.

We Didn't stay there, we had a tour and Ms. Kathy was great at giving us the tour, she showed us about 5 rooms and outside the back. I definitely recommend it, because there are some really nice themed rooms. Overall I think it was awesome!

Nearly a century of Texas tradition radiates throughout the Warwick Melrose - Dallas hotel, a landmark of luxury in the upscale Uptown Oak Lawn neighborhood and one of the most famous hotels in Dallas. Our historic boutique hotel near Turtle Creek continues to live a rich and fascinating life steeped in local culture and heritage.
Long story short my I checked my luggage with the front desk for a few hours before heading to the airport. When I went to get my bag I noticed that the handle had been ripped off. I stayed calm realizing that mistakes happen and hoping that the Warwick and the manager Joy would make it right. Even though it took a little extra time waiting to hear from her she definitely made up for the mishap and I left the situation with a smile on my face knowing that there are still people and places out there that care about the customers experience. Thank you!

So, for $300 on a weeknight you can check in at 4:00. Pool closes at 10 pm and opens at 7 am. When I went to enjoy the pool at 8 am they were power washing the surface. Said excuse me ma’am were going to power wash right here next to you! I called and asked for a manager over and over. Never got one to answer the phone. I was raised in the hotel business and I would fire these lousy managers. Would I recommend spending $300-500 on this sack? No. Lights broken in the bathroom just like Motel 6 which costs like $50. Stay elsewhere…..

Checked in on Friday 6/3 for a wedding and checked out Sunday 6/5. The lobby, bar, and banquet rooms were all very nice. Hotel staff was very friendly, cordial, and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was great! Service at the wedding was top notch. The shower was severely lacking in water pressure, to the point where I felt like I was in a public gym, but I had no issue overlooking this. However, my overall very positive experience was greatly reduced with all 3 of my interactions with the onsite Valet. First encounter: Checking in, the wait for valet service was 25 min. Would have parked myself but there was no clear instructions on how to do so. Valet attendants showed no hustle (a lot of confusion, standing around, yelling, overall chaos) and then I even witnessed an attendant driving a $100K BMW bump into a parked pick up. This left me very unsettled leaving my car in their care. Nevertheless I did. 2) I called to have my car brought around Sat morning so I could retrieve an item I had left in the car. Attendant was somewhat rude and dismissive on the phone as well as in person. 3) After checking out, the valet process was, once again, pure chaos. I understand this is somewhat to be expected at 11AM on a Sunday. But again, there seemed to be no organization, no system, and just general disfunction with little care for the guest experience. Then, I witnessed an enraged guest screaming profanities because his car had been badly damaged while in the care of the valet service. There was easily $1,000 worth of body damage to his car. Finally after 30 min of waiting, my car was retrieved. No remorse or apology for the wait or overall experience. In general, very nice hotel and stay that was severely diminished by the valet experience. Bottom line, if you're going to force driving guests to pay $36 per night for a valet service, it needs to be far more efficient, friendly, and people need to feel comfortable leaving their vehicles.

Another fantastic IHG property! This hotel is obviously quite old and still a very beautiful building. Walking in the front doors, I always look forward to experiencing the uniqueness of each of these properties. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the comfortable lobby and the openness of the very large dining room; it was very well designed. Lots of natural light makes this hotel lobby a comfortable and energetic place to sit, relax or converse. Although the separated business center off the lobby is very useful, I could imagine it being used as a lounge with live music to really bring that lobby alive like I have seen in other IHG properties. Although the rooms are modern and extremely relaxing, upon walking in you can't help feeling the dated warmth this wonderful old building has to offer. With Coffee and Tea at the ready and a mini fridge you can't help feeling right at home. The location is ideal for easy walking to everything the area has to offer and there are some exceptional restaurants and bars nearby. Cheers!

I was so disappointed with this hotel. It’s a beautiful building with nicely decorated rooms but that’s about it. There is very limited parking but they still charge you $20 for it. They want you to use valet parking which costs even more. The front desk staff were disinterested at check in bordering on rude. The bar and restaurant downstairs were closed for a private event and so we went to the rooftop to attempt to eat. Most of that was also closed for a private event (that literally no one was at) and so we went and ate elsewhere. The hotel is noisy and you can hear people on other floors. Overall a bad experience and not worth the money.

The valet aggressively pulled out in the hotel suburban and didn’t look. He almost hit me. Then when we both stopped he tried to cut me off yet again waving his hands around angrily. Complete lack of situation awareness.

So, I used to stay at this property when it was an Omni for years….always loved it and it was an outstanding hotel. Now….air condition in public areas…bars and restaurants…,has been out for 2 weeks and nothing is being done. Hello, this is Dallas in the summer! Place is so dirty. I dare the general manager to just go into the elevators and look down….carpets have not been vacuumed in weeks Room Hallways, disgustingly dirty. When it was an Omni, they would vacuum all floor every days. I have never seen a more disgusting pool and gym area. Dirty! I could go on Overall, the general manager stinks, the Marriott higher leadership should be embarrassed….horrible leadership and management overall for Marriott WARNING….past Omni guests….don’t stay here! You will be more comfortable sleeping in your car….at least you will have air conditioning!
