Reviewed By Merissa NWe were just looking for a place to lay our heads for the night traveling home from Spring Break. I was starting to lose hope I'd find anything along our route until I found the Holiday Inn. I booked from the car without knowing much about the area or hotel. When we arrived, I was surprised at how nice it was! It was very clean and nicely decorated. I would recommend this hotel!

Great employees clean room
Reviewed By Jet585445Very nice place to stay over. Trish was very welcoming at the front desk. We arrived a bit before check in and she was able to accommodate us. We stayed in a double queen room it was very clean and neat when we arrived. The bathroom was also very clean. I would recommend this place.

Reviewed By MelvinAAAI expected an Indigo hotel to be better than this was. It's well located to see the architecture of Columbus IN, but if you stay here, be sure to request a room that is not on the Brown Street side. This is a one-way raceway with lots of loud motorcycles and cars with modified or no mufflers--something that seems to plague other places in Columbus. Attention Columbus city officials: you ought to crack down on this. The HVAC system is lousy. In my room, it was either on or off; you can't control the temperature. The "complimentary" breakfast (in quotes because you're obviously paying for it in the price of the room) is ok. Hardboiled eggs were 3 weeks beyond expiration date. At least they gave us a credit for that but if food poisoning had resulted, the credit would have been cold comfort. Great selection of sugar-coated cereal made for kids; not good if you're over 12. Only one of the two elevators was working and the one that was made god awful noises which did not inspire confidence that it would continue to work.

A beautifully renovated hotel with numerous amenities. A free breakfast is included with your stay which includes, bacon/sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes and a selection of fruits and pastries. We have over 100 channels in our Guest rooms as well as free wireless internet. The Brown County Music Center, Little Nashville which is a small, quaint throwback to the past with hundreds of little shops and the Edinburgh Premium outlet mall which offers over 85 specialty stores for your shopping convenience are within a few minutes driving distances. Starbucks, McDonald's, Buffalo Wild Wings, IHop & Walmart Super Center are within walking distance.

Reviewed By CaptainKirk930Shelby, Shelbie, and Kiersten were all amazing staff that made my stay at the Fairfield inn much more enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and I had an easy walk to a good amount of restaurants near by.

Our hotel is located at the junction of SR-146 and I-65, just 5 minutes from downtown Columbus. Indiana Premium Outlets are 10 minutes away. Our friendly staff are happy to give recommendations on local eateries, coffee shops, and things to do. Count on free breakfast and free WiFi, too!

Reviewed By Becky GMy two boys and our dog needed to stay one night for a basketball tourney in Columbus, Indiana. We chose Home2Suites by Hilton and could not have been more pleased. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the lobby is the same way, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is a delight! I want to especially compliment Brandon, the general manager, on being so friendly and helpful! His new hire Jade, was lovely too.

Just Nasty
Reviewed By 977emeraldcFirst the gentleman checking me in was extremely rude, then i get to my room, and i had to clean the sink and the bathroom before i could even use it, the whole room was disgusting, it only had 3 little pillows that were smashed. The flooring was gross. Also there was beating and banging on the walls all night so very little sleep and just truly frustrating.

Reviewed By LoriCase123We were just passing through for a night and Alex was amazing. We had booked through a third party so the 2 king size rooms weren't available but he made sure we were in adjoining rooms and had a balcony. He was super nice and friendly. Extremely accommodating. He even took the time to tell us about the Military base because we saw helicopters flying over and it was night time. Our group would stay in this hotel again because of Alex. The hotel also met our expectations and was clean.
