The Bed & Breakfast "KUNESIAS" is a newly renovated houselocated in the village of Cinisi four steps from the road near TerrasiniState Road 113. Very easy to get to Palermo Airport "Falcone e Borsellino", the railway station and to the bus station.Very close to the main street of Cinisi with many shops, restaurants, bars and the famous beach Magaggiari. It's a great place to breathe the air of home while on vacation.
We spent our last night in Sicily at this B&B in 2013, and returned in June. It is close to the airport, the rooms are clean, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. Breakfast is simple and they are very flexible as to when they will serve it. They offer shuttle service to and from the airport for a very low fee. The owner and his staff are super nice.

Hotel is located very close to Palermo airport, about 10km. It's great choose if you have early morning or late night flights. Our room was spacy, clean. Good wi-fi. There is elevator, so it's easy to carry luggage. And there are parking lot near hotel. Staring from 7am you can get italian breakfast - hot drinks, juces and some pastries. Must admitt - there are great, local style restaurant - very tasty, fresh food. For sure we will return here again.

Bed & Breakfast "Cinisi Vacanze" in a recently renovated building of 1830 at 5 minutes from Palermo Falcone and Borsellino in the center of Cinisi. The rooms are equipped with all comforts (air conditioning-internet-tv-satellite free private etc.). At 1 km you will reach our beach located in the Gulf of Castellammare, 20km Palermo, Monreale 25, 50 San Vito and Segesta
The room was clean and modern and we were allowed to check in early, which was great. The hosts were not very professional, being dressed in bathing suit at arrival and without saying "hello". The thing that bothered me the most was that the booking said that we had a kitchen available, which existed, but we were told that we could not use it eitherway, even when we told them that we already had bought our ingredients for dinner. The surveilance cameras in the house bothered me a bit. I would definately not stay there again.

Hotel molto bello, nuovo, pulito e camere molto spaziose. Purtroppo abbiamo dormito solo una notte, alle 6 ci hanno permesso di fare colazione. La colazione è varia e il personale gentile. In camera erano presenti tutti i comfort e anche una bottiglia di acqua da 1.5 l per gli ospiti.

This was a very authentic Sicilian B&B. We stayed one night so that we would be close to the airport Complete with baby goats that my partner adored. Although we spoke only a tiny bit of Italian and the proprietors only spoke a little English, they could not have been more helpful. We were woken at about 3am by bleating goats but this just added to the authentic rural Sicilian experience! The landlord ferried us to the airport for 15 euros which seemed pretty reasonable. I would like to warn people though about are experience of the taxi rank at Palermo Airport on the way to Cinisi. Cinisi is not an easy place to get to by public transport. We were coming from Palermo Centrale Railway Station and thought the simplest approach would be to get the airport bus then get a taxi from the airport. At the airport the taxi driver was very apologetic but said his company insists they charge a minimum of 40 euros however short or long the journey. By road the B&B is about 3 miles from airport so this really seems excessive. Don't do what we did! Much better to contact the B&B directly first and ask them to pick you up from the airport or get the local (Segesta) bus or train to Cinisi (but if you get one of these you may have a bit of a walk with your luggage to the B&B). Overall though our stay at the B&B was brilliant.

TAM Vacanze is an elegant B&B in shabby-chic style. The interior of this antique house has been completely renovated in 2015, preserving details of frescoes and floors dating back to the 800’s. We are located in the heart of the historic center of Cinisi, a pleasant seaside town close to the Falcone e Borsellino Airport. It is our deepest desire to offer tourists a pleasant stay in our B&B
Absolutely zero complaints- Nino, the host, accommodated us at the last minute (22:30 at night) with no reservation. He was warm, funny, and got us into our room quickly. Nino is number one! ? The hotel itself is *beautiful*; everything is well thought out and carefully appointed. The room was bright, exceptionally clean, and comfortable. We were able to park easily right outside the hotel- so convenient. Easy in and out - close to the airport. Walked to dinner and got great late night negroni & pizzas. Can’t recommend enough!

This place was a nice find for an overnight stay near the Palermo airport. The room was spacious, clean and with a balcony that overlooks a quiet street. The manager doesn't live there, but arranged to meet us upon arrival and was quick to respond to subsequent questions and requests. He also drove us to the airport (15 Minutes) the next morning for a fee of 15 Euros. There are only three units in the building and it's very quiet for sleeping. The Main Street of the town is about a 10- minute walk away. There isn't much there, but we found a decent pizzeria. We arrived in the afternoon, so were able to scope it out; might be a little more difficult to do so at night, but the host is also willing to drive you to a larger, nearby town for a small fee. Would recommend for a peaceful stopover for next-day flights.

I loved the decor. I had the room with neon arrincini balls on the wall over the bed. I am sure the rooms were designed by a woman. The decor and amenities all had a woman’s touch. I was picked up after a delayed flight at a very late hour with no problems. I left early the next morning, so I really did not explore the area. The breakfast was delicious with many choices.

We loved our stay at residence Villa Rosa. The room was very clean and the staff were great! It is very close to the airport and the hotel has a shuttle we used. They responded very quick to our request and made accommodations for us even when it wasn’t within their service. Over all we had a great time and definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Palermo!
