Lovely peaceful holiday!
Reviewed By Jozy74Stayed here with my husband as we wanted to be close enough to a Rome, but in a calm location. Thus fitted the bill superbly! Miguel and the family made us feel so welcome, despite the evident language barrier, we still managed (with the help of an internet translator). Gorgeous pool and restaurant, stunning views, great location. The restaurant got very bust at the weekend, but was very quiet the rest of the time, so absolutely no noise problems. The only negative is the very bumpy road you must drive up, but we only had a smart car, so we felt all the potholes. Cerveteri was nearby with the amazing Necropolis and Rome was 30 mins or so by car. The free wifi was very patchy, but this didn't bother us as it was nice to be away from it all. Well worth a visit if you want to relax in peace and quiet, but don't expect any buzzing nightlife nearby, it's very secluded!

Reviewed By Judith MWe had a very nice one night stay at II Giardino Dei Flintstones B&B. It was a little out of the way but the room was very nice and clean. The grounds were very nice as well. The only thing that was disappointing was there was not even a plastic glass in the room to drink from. Very minimal but adequate.

Good Option for early flights from FCO
Reviewed By Artemis02We stayed 1 night in a family room in Villa Klinai in early January. The property is quiet, safe, and clean. The family unit consisted of a bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe and dresser and night tables, a fold-out sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom, and the kitchen and living room are combined. It was a great amount of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. There is parking, heating, and breakfast was provided but we had to depart too early. The commute to the airport was simple. 30 minutes! We have always stayed in Ostia Lido the night before early flights and this commute was so much easier. WiFi is excellent on the porch and main building. The family unit is nestled half underground (still has windows and is not dark!). The WiFi signal didn't really reach our unit well, but cell signal was fine on our mobile phones. The shower in the bathroom is small but we had adequate hot water and appreciated the hair dryer and shampoo/soap provided. Easy 5 minute drive into charming Cerveteri for dinner. Also very close to the Etruscan necropolis. We are returning for a night in June :)

The "Agriturismo 4 Ricci" holiday farm was established in 2007 and is run by the Ricci family. It is located on the hills of Cerveteri(where the Etruscan Necropolis is), 20 minutes away from Rome, 20 minutes away from Bracciano (where the famous castle is), 15 minutes away from the Leonardo da VInci Airport, 30 minutes away from the Civitavecchia Port and 10 minutes away from the Bambin Gesù Hospital. Just like all farm holidays, this place is rustic and cosy, and you will taste the products of the nearby lands and especially the famous Cerveteri white wine. Two self-catering apartments are also at the guests' disposal. There is a playground for children, a pool, a small farm with animals and a manège. One can even celebrate any kind of feasts in the banquet hall. The rooms (breakfast included) are available also with the formulas: half- or fullboard.
Great food and good wedding location option

It was then when we noticed it as a nice possible wedding location so this week we went to have a look. The place is really nice and the wedding planner on site seems really great and willing to accommodate any wish we might have. They also showed us the rooms which are not extraordinary but quite decent and recently redone (before they were painted in all kinds of colors, which actually made us think that the location would not be that nice for the guests that need accommodation as well). Definitely one of the top choices we are considering.

B&B is awfull because of the service at breakfast and breakfast itself
Reviewed By ilse kLazy service or no service at breakfast, almost nothing to eat. Everything they do or buy is because of making money. I ate once the year before in the restaurant, and that was rather ok. Atmosphere is not romantic or cosy, rather cold. For groups is the restaurant ok.
