Reviewed By 547anonimoThe resort is dated and need to be update. The room is large , 2 king size bads, the bathrooms must be rebuilt. Receptionist unprepared! Check in experience is 0 , 0 information on about the structure and the SPA. We attended 45’ for our luggages. The temperature of room is modified by reception!!! For eating at sea restaurant (lunchtime) and outside at the main’s (dinner time) need to reserve the day before and hope to be lucky ? The quality of food is good. The restaurant’s staff is not organised and the service is long and sometimes the dishes arrived cold. At the end …. It’s not an Ecoresort!

Animation. Mini club with swimming pool, teeny and junior club. An umbrella with a sun bed and a deck chair assigned to each room. Rich buffet catering and Show cooking. Central restaurant with air-conditioned rooms, one table per family. There is also a choice of Scirò seaside restaurant (for lunch) and Ethra pizzeria (for dinner), both buffet-style; Beach menu to be consumed on the beach. Baby kitchen / feeding area. 2 large swimming pools one with sea water and with swimming area and one with fresh water. Park with giant games, spray park with water games for children up to 12 years. Amphitheater. Fitness area with indoor gym, tennis courts, five-a-side football, beach volleyball, beach tennis, archery, shooting, bowls, table tennis, water sports. Reviewed By Pioneer65528753833Very good quality of service as usual. This year the food was excellent and the pizzeria offered a super pizza (napolitan stile) !! awesome!!! I loved the restaurant at the beach also!! Special thanks to the waiter Angelo for the professionalism, kindness and accuracy in his assistance. About the pizzeria and beach restaurant, congrats to the manager Francesco for his excellent coordination, nice talking and attention to the Clients. Thanks even to Gianni, the archery teacher! The first one in my last 5 years who really instruct the Clients instead of simply make Secretary of the tournament! Good the attention on the anti CVD19 prescriptions ! The entire personell waired the mask all the time in any condition! Over standing ! The double turn and especially the all you can eat but " no self service" formula in the restaurant is a best practice to leave on for ever since it generate less chaos in the room and reduce the food waste. Feedback to get better: 1- the main night show must be better coordinate with the baby show in order to let the second restaurant turn to attend both! 2-what really disappointed me it's the lack of prinzing in any competitions ?! Probably the famous challenge in Pescara cannot be done this year, but why don't give to the winners even a simple recognition like a "fake "medal plus a bonus for the bar, for the shop or for anything else. This year they didn't run neither the awarding celebration on the stage stage! Very very cold and unusual! 3-last but not least, I see too much plastic waste! it's time to implement a more sustainable policy ! Plastic glass at the Bar for each water drink can be replaced by a new format like paper glass one shot. Finally, waste recycling is totally absent. Anyway, very pleasant week!

Now my tips not to be disappointed: 1- leave knowing that the location is ok, not 5 stars. 2- the pool is unusable, beautifull, but too cold, anyway we was there for the sea, not for the pool. 3- The green is sand, but just don't look at it and you'll not soffer the lack of it. 4- The hotel is a rib of valentino hotel, good or bad you should know that. 5- This is my first experience with BluSerena . 6- what else: always have fun when you spend your money, here you can if you know exactly what you are buying.

Reviewed By Marko MLovely accommodation in the peace of the countryside. The host family is absolutely top notch, the host Vinzeco so nice and Mrs. Michela's homemade breakfast items were really good. after breakfast still Vinzencon took to get acquainted with olive groves and grape growing.

Reviewed By Susan SThis jewel is set at the top of many stairs. Its rooftop patio has the most amazing views of the fields north of town, and the rooftops of the surrounding neighbours, and the church bells next door. So unique a setting. Very close to the Rudolph Valentino museum (limited opening times so check first) and probably the only reason to go to this town. My room was cozy, modern, and the owner was outstandingly helpful in making me comfortable.
