Reviewed By Marco Antonio RA very good Pousada, with comfortable and large rooms, nice swimming pool, a delicious whirlpool and a decent restaurant. Stay here and explore the beautiful desert beaches of south Ubatuba by car or relax and go walking to Tabatinga Beach. Customer service must be improved. Not cheap, but also not as expensive as Costa Verde. Anyway, I recommend.

Our morning always starts off well with a delicious breakfast, included upon booking, made entirely from scratch by our staff. Reviewed By Rainer9999The so called renovated familiy room was very small, very basic, very small double bed, we even had to pay the adult price for a small 7 years old child. The surrounding is not nice. We complained about the way they wanted to charge as but they did not care. In the end they even put some drinks on the bill that we did not have. Never would go there back, stay away and find a better place to stay.

Reviewed By bncavWe came to Caraguatatuba for a one-day trip but decided to stay for a night. In the middle of the high-season there, we did not have many options and the Costa Norte appeared to be a reasonable option with a friendly price. Getting there is really easy and the staff, from check-in to check-out, is always friendly and do their best for the guests comfort. The hotel is really close to the Massaguaçu beach, which due to heavy waves, is not suitable for children, so we did not need beach access. Prices are really reasonable and the included breakfast is pretty adequate. Rooms are very clean and spacious with air-conditioning. There is some noise coming from the road nearby, but manageable. And the pools are well maintained. I will definitely come back if in the same situation.

Reviewed By Regina SThe hotel is not new and needs some repairs and renovation, but has an amazing ocean view. The sound of the waves brings us peace and we loved walking along the beach. The staff are friendly, the rooms are large and good. The breakfast is good, but could have more options.

Reviewed By TerryNTxI spent two weeks here. Staff did not speak much English but we managed just fine. They were very helpful. Bring your own personal care items such as shampoo and soap. They do a great job at laundry service. The onsite bar at the pool is nice and has basic bar foods and great caparina (s). I wish I could come back and bring my family. Great local restaurants and the beach is right across the street.

Pousada is located about 10-15 minutes from the centre of Caraguatatuba but I was looking for a place like that and it did not cause any problems. In front of the building is located in my opinion the best beach in the area with a very nice beach bar. The staff had very friendly approach and always ready to help. My room was exactly like from the photos and which I booked. I can recommend the place to everyone and for sure will book again if be back in Caragua.
