Customer service sucks
Reviewed By endymionkThis hotel has tried to remove my below review from TripAdvisor for many times instead of apology. Obviously we can tell how bad customer service the hotel is. Instead of listening sincerely their guests and improve their service, they have tried to remove and hide complaints. Below was what i had experienced: I sent an online request via Instagram for their breakfast menu, they read and didnt not send me any reply. Again, i tried their hotline in the morning, the staff asked for my email address and said they will send me the menu asap. Late afternoon the same day, i phoned them again just to remind my request. Unfortunately the staff did not remember. Oh la la, 5 stars ?

Super nice hostel
Reviewed By Minh_Phuong123My friend and I traveled around Mekong detal by bike. We found this place. OMG, it was so nice, clean and big room, free coffee and fruits. The owner and staffs were delightful. And so cheap! $7 a big room for 2 people. Thank you so much for making our trip. ❤
