A good hotel in a prime location.
Reviewed By Partho_66I stayed in Rajhans International for three nights and was quite satisfied with the service and behavior of the staff members, special mention is to be given to Mr Jha of the front office who helped me in different manners. Though all other staffs of the hotel are polite and cooperative. The room was good, food was satisfactory and above all this hotel is located in the prime area of Bhagalpur town. However, the staffs should be more prompt in action and some more improved quality toiletries are required. I am ignorant about other hotels in Bhagalpur, but according to my experience, Hotel Rajhans International is well recommended.

My experience of this hotel isn't much impressive though, After a long journey, a train delayed by 9 hours, me and my associate arrived at the hotel. We took THE best, suit according to the bell boy, the hotel had to offer. We booked the suite for a few hours, from 10.00 to 17.00. The suite itself was clean and spacious but the bed linen wasn't so clean, but a few stains here and there. The water tap on the basin was broken, and the water flow of the toilet was poor. Besides, there were no toilet papers. This is the very first time I experienced no toilet papers in a hotel. We asked to change the linen and for some extra towels but the answer was a direct NO from the reception. The most annoying and the very worst kind of experience of this hotel was the behaviors of the front desk personnel ms Shreya if that is her real name. I have never experienced such "do not care" and "don't bother" attitude from any person at any hotel what so ever. I asked her to connect me with the Manager named Manohor but he never got in touch. If she is the front face of a hotel of such caliber then I would suggest the future guests stay in this hotel at their own risk. Fortunately, we were busy with the meetings most of the time and didn't stay at the hotel for more than 2 hours. The best of this hotel was though Mr. Arun and his personnel at the restaurant. He was a great help.

Reviewed By Trav3lalwaysThe sheets, pillowcases, the blankets all have stains and look unwashed. When they were informed that we would need a cot for a third person, it did not arrive. The toilet is Western style but the set up is disgusting. Don't bother staying here unless it's a last resort.
