ark Hotel Villa Carpenada is a magnificent historical mansion of the 17th century recently inaugurated , in November 2009, after a complete renovation. The villa hosts a marvellous four-star hotel, a restaurant, a bar and the Sala Berlendis, a conference hall, that can be used either for hosting courses and congresses, and also for banquets.
Noisy room and uncomfortable bed in the annex
Reviewed By Pierpaolo BI prefix this by saying that we were setup in one of the room of the annex so it’s possible the experience would be different in the main villa. We were traveling with a 5y old so we asked for a room with an additional bed. We were setup in an room in the annex that has an additional bed on a mezzanine. Since our kid is not used to that, i ended up taking that bed. We also noticed the main bed had a very worn out matress that was bending in the middle so we couldnt have all slept in it without squishing the kid. We asked to be moved but were told there was no availability. We were pretty tired so tried to lay down and relax but there were constructions going in a building very close by so no luck. At night, we heard people having an argument right outside the doors of the room. It went for long enough that i decided to step out of bed and down from the mezzanine in my underwear to ask the folks to chill and when i got out i realized it was personnel from the hotel kitchen, which is right by the annex. This is when i decided to cut the stay to only that night and booked something else. The breakfast was good and the staff in the cafeteria was nice and helpful. At the lobby, when i said i was going to checkout early, they said they would still have to charge me the second day (which i already accepted it was going to be the case) and charged me for the stay tax, which i frankly found funny. All in all, its possible that if you stay in the main villa you will have a great experience but at minimum i’d advise to stay clear of the rooms in thr annex, especially if you need quiet

Breakfast includes croissants , bread and jam-nutella-honey-butter, biscuits, muffins, waffles and panckes, pastries, soft cake, all accompanied by yogurt, fresh milk, 3 types of fruit juices, cereals in 3 varieties, fresh fruit, fruit salad. Coffee and cappuccinos are freshly prepared by staff with decades of experience in the catering field. We daily offer also cold cuts, cheeses, eggs and a variety of savory snacks. Next to us you will find many restaurants and pizzerias open for lunch and dinner.

Reviewed By TugnatWe loved our stay at the Alti. The room was cleanand had a lovely view. Every employee we encountered was so helpful--even the person who brought us out lovely coffee every morning at breakfast was cheerful. The continental breakfast had fresh baked goods and was excellent.

Reviewed By Relax289154Excellent and friendly farmhouse holiday with large, comfortable, well-furnished rooms and great breakfasts and dinners. Excellent position in attractive rolling countryside near Belluno, in easy reach of the beautiful town itself and a short drive from many great places to visit in the Dolomite mountains and their foothills. We found some wonderful walks within a few miles of Casa Bertoldi and much enjoyed several visits to Belluno, which has good bars, restaurants and shops and a very good museum. We would like to stay there again.

Part of a recently built complex, the Hotel Europa Executive in Belluno is the perfect solution for both business trips and for getting away from it all. At only 13km from the A27 motorway exit and just a stone's throw from both the railway station and the historic town centre it is ideally placed for exploring the whole area. Practical, comfortable rooms with king size beds, underfloor heating and air-conditioning system and a spacious bathroom with shower. Breakfast and Wi Fi connection are included.
Quality, central hotel
Reviewed By sparty328I Stayed here for 10 days whilst working on Belluno. Check in was friendly and efficient. The room was a good size with ample storage, fridge, comfortable bed, underfloor heating, good size, well appointed and decorated bathroom with a powerful walk in shower. Unfortunately there was no kettle however the receptionist kindly lent me one. There’s a supermarket across the road from the hotel as well as a Lidl further down. The WiFi was excellent and I had no problem streaming video services. There’s a power socket by each bedside. The hotel is very clean and house keeping do an excellent job. Unfortunately there’s no eco measures in the bathroom and the shampoo and shower gel is still in little plastic bottles. Breakfast, due to Covid regulations is waitress service, with enough choices for me and again staff were friendly. There’s no evening meal on offer but there’s an excellent restaurant just a five minute walk away (see review). I was able to sleep well and undisturbed for during the nights I was here. This is probably the best and most popular hotel in Belluno and I would certainly stay here again if in the area.

Beatuful Hotel in a Great location on the river.
Reviewed By WelshJohn1959Only stayed one night a very modern interior with a very lied back service. Did not eat at the hotel only breakfast that was adequate. The rooms are modern with a frosted glass interior for the toilet/Bathroom, the rooms were not small and mine overlooked the river at the back. The hotel is well position in the old part of the town for those that like to explore the town center. Fantastic medieval town for those that like to take photos...….

Pleasant and calm stay
Reviewed By libs1We stayed here for 3 nights and felt worth for what we payed for. It is run by a lovely lady who only speaks Italian (but was not a problem for us as we dont speak the same). The location of the facility in the midst of a farm with animals and wineyard around. We also planned our trips to Dolomite and even Venice from here

Great location, shame about the lack of mask wearing by staff
Reviewed By Jo CThe hotel was very central, just a minute's walk from the Christmas markets. Room very warm, comfortable bed, clean rooms, although the minibar didn't work very well (too warm even when on maxiumum coldness). While the reception staff wore masks, the cleaners & breakfast staff didn't. Although breakfast was included in the price, we skipped it for this reason. We also had to squeeze between 2 maskless cleaners standing around in a corrider where social distancing wasn't possible. Current regulation require masks to be worn indoors, It's a pity that some of the staff are letting the hotel down on this.
