A Relaxing Stay at The Sheraton Belitung
Reviewed By PinamalayanMy wife and I visited Belitung to relax and enjoy the key sites and Sheraton Belitung made that happen. The staff are very hospitable. I am very thankful to being assisted and taken cared of by their manager Maya (Tri Endah Susanti). She took care of arranging our island hopping visits and made extra effort to talk to the guides in meeting our requests and needs. She'd regularly check on us while staying in the property when not sightseeing. I am not usually a fan of hotel food but surprisingly Sheraton's simple menu is appealingly delicious. The advantage of being in Sheraton is that the beach fronting it is almost private and the sand is powdery fine. In addition, the key islands to visit are near Sheraton. We'd come back to this place again.

A nice Hotel in good location
Reviewed By rianthie18I booked through Agoda 2 superior rooms for my self and family (my spouse and me with 2 teens). What a nice then caused BW Suite has upgradeed our Superior rooms to Deluxe Rooms. Just prepare for Rapid Test papers of each persons if you want to stay here, caused they asked me to show them and made some copies. The cleaness of the room + bathroom is good, the facilities and their staffs are good. And the view from my balcony and thr backyard of hotel is perfect. The only thing that BW Suite must improve is breakfast. It's kind of tasteless and not variative. I spent 2 nights here. The location is not that far from downtown. The parking lot is spacious, they have basement too. And you can be easier to get restaurants around the hotel. If I come back to Belitung, I will consider to stay back in BW Suite.

Reviewed By eguhaeverything is good, the rooms are clean and smell good, friendly. I hope you can stay here again, the food is good, the experience of staying for 3 days 2 nights is like at home. Hopefully in the future, they will be successful and become an option when on vacation in Belitung.

Reviewed By JktlaThe hotel has good location with private beach. Although it has low tide in the morning but it is still a view to look for. Staff were very courteous and accomodating. Room was spacious. The only input we can give is that the SOP for housekeeping & room service needs to be stepped up. We had dirty balcony & shower drain should be cleaned before the next guest checks in. The food from room service was sent back with some problem. Hopefully the hotel is ready again to welcoming more guests in the near future.

Centrally located just off the main (only) roundabout in the main town on Tanjung Pandan. Good service, clean, and well priced. Reception can help you arrange island hopping, and other, tours. Is part of the group which owns Billiton Eco-Tent so you can visit this private resort for meals or to use the beach.

Nice Hotel
Reviewed By eduardo435This is nice hotel with big room. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Opposite the hotel is the beach site with lots of warungs, in some you can also have beer. 5 minutes walking to the left you have a nice place called Frosty Beer where you can get all kind of beers. They also serve nice stone oven pizzas, managed by a real Italian.
