An ok stop
Reviewed By Nunatsuak27This is a good location to stop when stopping in Baie Comeau for the night. Even without reservations it was a decent check in pace. There is no elevator in the hotel. This is one of those hotels in which it's time for an upgrade or make over. Just old decor and the addition of ports for new electronic is needed. Our room was clean and reasonably quiet as expected.

Nice place but...
Reviewed By Dan SStayed here overnight durring busy season. I like the style and charm of the place. Room we had at the end of a corridor was quiet compared to our travelling partner that had a room beside front desk and restaurant. A lot of traffic. Our bed was comfy and we were able to have a good nights sleep. On the down side housekeeping dropped the ball. There were drink marks on our furniture and the floor of the washroom had not been cleaned properly. (Hair in the corners) Seeing as the pandemic has made everyone more clean concious, our room could have had more attention to cleaning and disinfection. We paid a premium rate only to have to clean our own room before we could settle in. A little disappointed.

Reviewed By Phil SI had a refreshing night sleep. Spacious room, clean and soundproof. Thick curtains, mini fridge, large counter table, wide modern tv with numerous channels. Everything you would want in a room including a spacious and ultra clean bathroom. The walk in bedroom is directly from the parking lot. Centrally located near the main attractions of Baie Comeau!

Good Hotel
Reviewed By 5travellersGatineauStayed there for 2 nights in August 2019, while visiting the Hydro Quebec Manic sites. Old style rooms, nice woodwork throughout, very comfortable beds. The pub style restaurant has a great menu, see the daily specials - very good. Parking is a little bit odd, if you can't get a parking on the road in front, don't know where you go. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay. We recommend.

Reviewed By ReneR961This place was surprising at first look..ugly unattractive front..but why complain..was all great..was clean..maybe a tired mattress but other than that ..i even did bbq in my balcony..just by a depanneur.. behind hotel there is a romantic spot threw woods where you can enjoy a moment of silence...which rest of time is a bit hard ..motel right by Route138..clerk was very helpful..kind of a secret spot..but not much to do in Baie-Comeau...B+

The room is very small, 1 bathroom for all the guest rooms , not acceptable, The house is very noisy, woke up at 5 because one guest took a shower, and you hear every step upstairs. The room is tiny, no TV, and the owner did not show or mention the commun TV room. The garden is beautiful.
