Reviewed By hankir_salahThe overall experience is pleasant as the staff are welcoming and friendly. Check in time was quick, room service is right, and housekeeping won't let you down either. The rooms are big and spacious and well lit. The furniture seems a bit old, however everything is clean and looks good. I'd like to thank the hotel team for their service.

Reviewed By BuNawafOne of the best hotel in the city of Arar. Great location where you can reach your destination easily. Quite and clean property. Nice underground parking area. Very nice breakfast lounge and lots of different food. Nice staff. Great value of money.

Good stay for business trip
Reviewed By Yazan1983The room clean and quite . Breakfast excellent compered to other hotels in same city . The only think that i did not like was the internet , there was no internet signal in my room 303 , while it was in the loopy . I will recommend this hotel and i will stay again if be in arar again

Being renovated but fine for a very short stay
Reviewed By ChattleI stayed there for 7 hours only while on a short business trip to the city. The hotel is centrally located in town and next door to the Tourist Information centre. The lobby is bright and spacious. There is WiFi throughout the hotel. The employee on reception at check-in did not speak English and was not clear on how the booking system worked so he had to engage the help of another guest to help him find our booking on his system. However, he was very friendly and clearly trying his best. Rooms are spacious, though quirky, with bamboo furniture and giant curtains over a small window. The bed only has a furry blanket - no sheet or duvet - so am not sure I'd want to spend the night there. The bathroom is very nice with everything you could want and all new, modern fixtures. At the other side of the hotel there are currently renovations and construction going on. You couldn't hear this from the room but there were lots of workmen going up and down the lifts and you can see the construction at the other end of the hall.
