OK for an overnight, but don't expect a warm welcome or goodbye. Partial housekeeping (changing of towels, emptying trash, only) is automatically provided, although signage in room says someone will come in only on request. Free Wi-Fi was unusable because of a Hilton server Chrome and Google refused to access for security reasons.

It started off great… (read to the end) I had a nice check in experience. Franklin was very accommodating and Aaron was so helpful assisting me. Great gentlemen who actually care and listen, Hilton. 5 star service! They had an event going on at the hotel that was a lot of fun, I got to check it out. They had a hotel bar (restaurant was closed) While ordering food at the hotel bar I met a couple of interesting guys from the event because there was a long wait for food. The evening was fun. I had nice conversations. I liked my room at first. It was very cozy and spacious enough. It even has a nice size fridge to keep everything cool. The towels were nicely bright white and fluffy. Everything was clean and smelled good. Nothing old or damaged. It’s a nice hotel not far off the interstate. It’s close to a lot of shops and restaurants but you don’t hear any noise. It’s really close to the Orlando area. For anyone who doesn’t want to stay directly in the heat of everything, this would be a perfect hotel to stay at! Now….. It gets chilly at night and there is no heat at all. I know most people don’t turn on the heat but I’m used to Georgia Florida weather and I don’t like to be cold and it gets chilly. The water pressure is amazing but the water is lukewarm. Another thing about heat. I got to have hot water when I shower. So even though the water pressure was great I had to shower quickly and it was very uncomfortable. The water nozzles hard to turn on. I had to call for service. The gentleman was really nice. It took a couple moments of trying to get the lights to come on. They really need someone to show you how things work because it’s not like newer hotels. I cannot believe that housekeeping started way before their 9 AM shift. I had requested a late check out because I knew that Mother’s Day was gonna be rough for me because I had lost my mother and I had lost my brother two years ago from Covid and it was very emotional. I just wanted to be alone. I did not see or hear anyone on my floor at all from the day before, that night or that morning. I did experience housekeeping talking so loud and laughing talking to someone that I thought it was a guest next-door but it wasn’t. Once I heard the housekeeping walkie-talkies, that cannot be misunderstood, I knew it was just staff working. They were aware of me getting a late check out and the front desk even contacted them a few times and yet they still made horrible noises for 3 straight hours. They did not stop making noise until it was time for me to get up to get ready to leave. I walked outside a couple times and asked them to be quiet they were very rude and snobby.. they were very inconsiderate. Slamming doors vacuuming with a squealing vacuum. Talking over their little walkie-talkies. I have it on video. I contacted the front desk numerous times and all I got is that they told them and that it should be quiet. It wasn’t. They were very disrespectful they ruined my entire day and my experience there. I didn’t want to seem mean so instead of asking for a refund or anything like that, I just asked for half my points. I figured that was fair. I even offered that they could let me come back and stay another night sometime. I didn’t get any emails no notifications no one trying to apologize or saying no we can’t or anything. I had to reach out to the Hilton Honors desk to find out that they denied the request. They didn’t even bother to communicate with me. I think that’s very rude. So even though the front desk staff was very pleasant and the room was adequate it’s not worth my hard earned money or time and frustration to deal with this hotel. It’s not worth it… I could’ve paid less for a room that was newer without these issues. This property is not worth it. They will not get my business again, since they clearly do not care about me. I’ll spend my money, points, and shares - somewhere else.

I had a great stay. The front desk clerk(didnt catch her name) was extremely friendly. The rest of the staff was friendly. I am low maintenance so I did not need much. The room and building were very clean. Its near the interstate. Next to a couple of restaurants and a gas station. Busy hotel. Parking god almost full after 9pm-10pm. Very good stay for a 3 star hotel.

Was there over the Memorial Day Weekend. Stayed in the remodeled room. Beds were clean and comfy however the carpet in the room and building was dirty. Something sticky was wasted on the room floor and for the size of the room they need two trash cans. Need more help at front desk. The drain plug in the sink got stuck but issue was quickly resolved. Maintenance guy was very polite and professional. NO INTERNET the entire stay and no one tried to resolve the issue. TV only had 13 channels. Not a good place to stay if you rely on the internet for work or business or entertainment. Also no hangers in the closet area.

I had a great experience with Jasmine during this trip. We had a problem in our room that the maintenance team could not fix. Jasmine was very patient and coordinated for us to simply move to a different room. This solved the problem and made for a more restful couple of nights with the kids. The hotel complex is a little dated, and needs a little more upkeep. However it is located in a great area and has good rates. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is old, out dated and dirty. You can see dirt all along the baseboards, lots of paint chipping, cheap hotel products and it had a strange smell. Breakfast was a brown bag joke. Paid $159 per night. Should have slept in my car.

My loft (room 240) was nasty. It smelled as if it had been closed p for months without fresh air or proper air circulation. The smell of Mildew spewed from the room. Dust covered the ceiling fans, desktop, tabletop, tvs, basically everything in the room was dusty. Cobwebs hung from the ceiling fans, on the ceilings and in the corners. The carpet was spoiled along with the pull-out sofa which was covered in red and brown stains.
