Better than last night in hotel
Reviewed By Wander LIn the hotel I paid 3 times as much and I slept much better in the hostel. It was clean, well kept, less noisy and I was surprised about what good deal it was. Also one meets nice people. Location is close to train station.

Reviewed By W3sSNot a fan of the Youth hostels, but can honestly say I enjoyed this one The service is excellent to such an extent they waited until we had arrived late at night because of our journey times. Personal service to the extreme All meals were included in the price Breakfast consisted of cereals, sliced sausage meat, cheese and fruit Tea was different every night with a varied choice Thursday is a vegetarian/ vegan extravaganza. One great thing, making your own packed lunches was encouraged. Don’t see that very often Overall a pleasant stay

Quirky central hostel
Reviewed By jrfhollowayA good hostel in the centre of Lubeck with friendly staff. The shared kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My one suggestion is that they should put lockers in the rooms (although they don't have a couple of small ones that you can use in the hallway). Good WiFi, shower and bathroom facilities, plugs and a lamp by every bed and also cafe downstairs. €28 however is a bit expensive for one night in a hostel.

Budget Youth Hostel Accommodation
Reviewed By John WA great place to stay if you are on a budget. Very clean, shared toilets and showers, good breakfast. Would be happy to stay there again if on a budget visit. Bunk beds were solid and comfortable. Bed linen provided and bath and hand towel and all clean. All hard surfaces so a bit noisy but if tired you will sleep like a baby. Staff pleasant and more than helpful.

North Sea waves foam against green dykes. The sea comes and goes with the tides. And the Wadden Sea gives way to the water. A mudflat walk is one of the special highlights that one can experience in Busum. But besides that, there's a lot of life in the popular northern seaside resort: in the harbour you can enjoy freshly caught shrimp, the "Blanker Hans" experience centre tells visitors about storm surges, the large "Piraten Meer" swimming pool and the pedestrian area are just around the corner. The hostel is just a few steps away from the sea. Busum Youth Hostel consists of a group and a family area. The group area has single to 6-bed rooms, rooms for group leaders with separate showers/toilets. Family area with double to 4-bed rooms, all with shower/WC. 6 Common and dining rooms, a cosy club room, recreation room, washer and dryer, W-LAN, playing field with climbing tower, slide, swing, beach volleyball, street basketball, table tennis, table football, billiards, large sized games of "Nine Men's Morris" and "Ludo", board games and books to borrow.

Auch das abwechslungsreiche Programm, das den Kindern geboten wurde, war toll! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter, angefangen von der Heimleitung über die Küche bis zu den Reinigungskräften. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Tolle Jugendherberge
Reviewed By andreaw405Soooo schön gelegen, tolles , leckeres und reichliches Essen, TOP Lage, super Mitarbeiter. Kann nicht besser sein. wir werden in 6 Wochen wieder da sein. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auf alle speziellen Ernährungsformen wurde Rücksicht genommen.

Clean and fine
Reviewed By MattSRobOverall a good, but average stay at this hostel. We stayed in a bunk-bed room, which was tidy, and perfectly comfortable, with good bathroom facilities. The (continental) breakfast was sufficient, though for dinner part of me would reccomend trying one of te restaurants in town instead.

Blue sea and white beaches. In Dahme, a beach that stretches for kilometres awaits you. The modern hostel is situated on a cliff with stunning views of the sea. Up a couple of steps and you'll find a direct path to the Baltic Sea, with many small coves. And while some prefer to doze in the sun, sporty people can really get moving surfing, sailing and playing beach volleyball. Parents can let their children frolic in the shallow waters. As a youth hostel that's been classified as a "Family Hostel", Dahme Youth Hostel offers excellent facilities for families with young children. Dahme Youth Hostel consists of a main building and the summer cottage. The main building offers double to 4-bed rooms, all rooms with sinks, showers/toilets nearby, 6 common or club rooms with view of the Baltic, children's games room, coin-operated washing machine and dryer. The hostel has a large play area, table tennis, basketball, table football, beach toys and games. The town centre is around 3.3, km away.
Great youth hostel
Reviewed By deniseal2015Yummy breakfast, nice, clean rooms, great location a bit out of Dahme yet right at the coast + within walking distance to the lighthouse. Very spacious and durable shed (garage rather) for bicycles. Very helpful and friendly staff!
