Cheap place, standard rooms for the price
Reviewed By edvascRooms size were OK for this kind of hotel, but blankets or matresses were a bit smelly, although bed sheets seemed clean. Room space was also clean. Matresses didn't gave that good sleeping confort, as some kind of plastic protection was under the bed linen. WiFi was free and worked OK inside the room. Bathroom was spacious, clean and didn't have any maintenance problems; everything was in perfect working conditions. Reception/check-in closes at 11 PM, thus you have to carry the keys all day long with you (and the key-ring is quite big ...). The hostal is located at the city exit, but the city center is still at a walkable distance. Car parking in the street is free and there are many free places.

Reviewed By H0WL_CATWhen I arrived at Albergue Muralla Leonesa I was sick, soaking wet, cold, and soon thereafter diagnosed with pneumonia. They knew something was wrong when I walked through the door and helped me carry my pack, heat the bathroom, and insisted that they wash my clothes while I warmed up...nearly everything I was carrying was wet. Before arriving, I'd been hiking the Camino in driving rain and wind for nearly 12hrs. I wound up staying three days and they even sent me to the doctor. I'm Italian, so the best thanks, I could offer was to cook up a pot of sauce for the family. My room was great. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Modern. One of my favorite places on the Camino.

Patricia was a wonderful hostess and she welcomed us into her home with love and care. Her home was lovely. The meal she prepared (Brazilian) was fantastic! We enjoyed sharing it with other pilgrims. The room was comfortable and perfect size. The shared bathroom was fine. Great shower!

Alda Centro León se encuentra en el centro histórico de León, a 800 metros de la catedral y de la zona comercial principal. El alojamiento se halla a solo 5 minutos a pie del barrio Romántico, conocido por sus bares de tapas, y a solo 30 minutos en coche de la preciosa ciudad de Astorga, que alberga el palacio Episcopal de Gaudí. Las habitaciones incluyen calefacción, suelo de madera, escritorio, TV y baño privado. Se proporcionan toallas y ropa de cama. Además la WiFi es gratuita. El establecimiento dispone de comedor y cocina compartida equipada con vitrocerámica, microondas y nevera. También se ofrece consigna de equipaje y mostrador de información turística.

Modern albergue
Reviewed By donaldmJ8961FNThis was the best lodging of our Camino so far. Large twin room with very comfortable beds (they have bunks too). Readily adjustable room temperature. Large bath with very hot water. Laundry with both machines (pay) and sinks for hand washing (free), with spacious drying racks and even a space heater blowing warm air on drying clothes. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t evaluate.

Nice stay
Reviewed By Nova6869During auto trip through northern Spain I decided to go back to Molinaseca to see once again after being there on a Camino trek a previous year. Natalie greeted us and provided all the necessary information. Keep in mind this is a small hotel in a very small village. As with most establishments in northern Spain they are clean and comfortable. Parking is a short walk in a municipal lot. Slept well.

Situado a la entrada de León, inaugurado en Abril de 2014, con 9 dormitorios (individuales con baño y literas), salón con chimenea, cocina, servicio de cafetería, lavandería, cuarto especial para guardar bicicletas, wifi gratis para nuestros clientes y con todos los servicios necesarios a su alcance; farmacia, supermercado, bus, bares...

Busy in the evening, but peaceful at night. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. 25 mins walk into town. Breakfast was simple and adequate.

Brilliantly located hostell in a beautiful building
Reviewed By Lynn FLoved the location of this hostel, especially the gorgeous lounge area with views out onto Calle Anche. Light, airy and spotlessly clean in a perfect spot. Private room was basic but smart and clean. Bathrooms were good. Don't miss the orange stained glass door on the way out!
