Very lovely hostel the personnel work very hard to insure a great stay. Nice clean dorms fans during the day but air conditioning all night. Cafe de amanha with fruits juices and many kinds of cakes tapioca eggs ham and cheese. Lovely kitchen staff. Most reception staff spoke another language and were knowkegeable about transport and local tourist information. Cool areas to chill throughout the property.

I went to Imbassai after heavy carnival party and Lujimba was what exactly I needed. I did not book bed there but on the way to Imbassai met a guy who offered me to join him to Lujimba and it was a good decision! Hostel is a green paradise on the coast of Atlantic ocean! So much green, nature and smiles are there. Beds in dorm are quite well, you have your own entrance to the greeny backyard. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice, fruits and sweets. As was saying Lujimba were one of the cheapest option of accommodation and for this money you get really good staying. There 10 kms to the Praya Grande, more partyiest area. I recommend!

Wow what a little bit of heaven this place is. The staff (more like good friends)could not have done any more to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Rooms/cabins were comfortable and very very clean. I would advise you take a room with a/c as opposed to just a fan,I don't like a/c but here is so hot and the air so still, along with the trees all around the pools and village . Breakfast was included and was so big it keep you going all day. A 5min walk thru small flower felled streets and you arrive at the most beautiful beech. Try the grilled fish from the small barraca on the beech. If she has no fish left someone will paddle out and catch more. In the evening you can eat in or walk around the meany restaurants and bars. The whole place is very safe and welcoming.

A variedade é ruim, todo dia a mesma coisa. A limpeza é excelente e a localização é ótima.

Hospedagem completamente maravilhosa, receptiva, aconchegante.

The Pousada/Inn is outside a charming, small coastal town which has miles of stunning white sand beaches, adequate selection of restaurants and a limited number of shops. It’s a 30 minute walk to the beach or you can ask the owner to drop you off and there are taxis and mototaxis to come back. My three weeks there were focused on an immersive Portuguese course tailored to my interests and level in the language. I stayed in the big house which was spacious and very comfortable. The food is typical regional dishes and for the most part I ate with the family. They are charming, helpful and well travelled so understand visitors needs pretty well. It is a rural setting, it has a pool, and the roads are perfect for long walks as there is minimal traffic. Not quite paradise but if you’re looking to get away from stress and hectic life, then this is a good choice. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and plan on returning.
