Stilts Backpackers is an Asian inspired concept of tree house living. Everything here is rustic, Eco and high up in the trees. Nestled in an eight acre wildlife sanctuary you can expect to spot our local animal species. We offer a variety of accommodation from tree-houses to cottages, and basic camping tents. Buddhas Tree Backpackers is located in a quiet and tranquil location in the suburb of Mtwapa overlooking the Mtwapa creek.
Cheryl and all other staff were welcoming. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. It was a low season so few guests. I enjoyed my two day stay wish I could extend. Only issue there's no hot water shower, WiFi not strong enough in the room and the menu can be improved.

Located along the pristine beaches of Diani and in short walking distance to all shops, restaurants and sights, we offer both private double rooms and dorm room options at very reasonable rates. Choose between the 3 minute forest path to the beach or rather relax by the pool right outside the house! The house has a big and modern kitchen for self-catering or with the option of a private cook. Plenty of relaxing chill out areas. Free WiFi is offered in public areas. Hosts live on site and can assist you at any time with organizing activities, trips and transport. The perfect place whether you prefer to keep to yourself or if you rather want to socialize and meet new people!
Wonderful place nestled in palm trees with private pool, and still close to all main attractions But the highlight is the vibe which Reesha and Fahad create: eclectic, fun and mindful I can’t think of anywhere else I would stay in Diani

Book at dianibackpackers.com/booking to qualify for free accommodation. More stylish and security conscious than the average backpackers, Diani Backpackers has dorms and privates in a lovely house. Come to party at the 24-hour bar and pool, chill out in the lush garden, or catch up on sleep in the baobab dorm, where beds wrap around the trunk of a tree. There's a volleyball court, great daily menu and lockers. Turn right after KFI supermarket. Must be at least 18 years old
Price and accommodation options are really good. The kitchen is very dirty. There is a new manager tho and the guy is super nice, listens and acts. The place is also a young peoples party house so ho prepared for a wild time. Also, location is convenient. Regards Leon K

At Galu beach, some km south of Diani Beach, one of the busier places, yet relaxing. We took the luxury of an aircon, cuz even the nights can be quite hot. The hotel and bar staff is very friendly. Lots of shady tables at the beachfront restaurant. The pizze are nice. Calamari rings are few with tons of fries. The drinks are good. Breakfast what you can expect at that price. For Calamari go to Coconut Village, if they have. If you like it a bit more fine dining, Le Café right next door has excellent choices and good portions only slightly more expensive.

I have been staying at the Voi Lutheran Guesthouse for nearly 4 years and I would not think of staying anywhere else in Voi! In the fall of 2019, my group of 16 foreign students stayed in the shared rooms at the guesthouse and they absolutely loved their experience. We were able to reserve them rooms at an affordable rate and the staff at the hostel was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and separated by gender. Myself and my colleagues were provided ideal single ensuite rooms. Safety was never an issue and all the group's property was secure. The guesthouse is about a kilometer outside of the city of Voi, surrounded by large mountains and the legendary Tsavo national parks. Our students were writing their final proposals while staying here, and the guesthouse has the perfect conditions for brainstorming. The kitchen has good food and the chefs can cater to whatever dietary restriction that you might have. I would highly recommend staying here whether you are traveling in a group or just a solo traveler. Voi is much more than a stop-over city and has plenty of fun and exciting things to offer. You just have to be brave and ask around...

This B&B is a good option if you are planning to stay overnight before continuing onward to Masai Mara as it is close to exit of the city. It is located very close to the Giraffe center if you are interested in visiting. They are linked to a program empowering local Kenyan women which is a noble cause and worth supporting. The staff was very helpful and if you notify in advance they can prepare wonderful meal for you as well.

What a clean, neat and quiet hotel in Bondo. I would recommend this hotel for those looking for affordable, clean and comfortable accommodation. The staff are also friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a very accessible location, but away from the hustle and bustle of the town. However, during my stay, the WiFi was not very reliable.
