Urban, cozy, comfy… this is how we love to call our Hostel and our guest services. Whether you are traveling for work or just for fun or you are looking for the right place to relax in, the Ostello di Bergamo will satisfy all your needs! Our Hostel offers both private rooms and dorms at an affordable price! All our rooms come with comfy beds, a private bathroom and some of them also with a private balcony. While here, join our common lounge – you will find newspapers, a TV with DVD player, a library with English and Italian books and many, many people ready to become your friends. Never miss our breakfast! In the morning you will enjoy hot and cold drinks, juices, yogurt, cereals, bread, marmalade, and butter – a delicious breakfast that will make you start the day in the right mood! Book a room with us and you will have the opportunity to enjoy the amazing view of our garden facing the city. Are you a Social media addicted? Don’t forget to check out our rooftop terrace – Your pictures will look stunning! We said to be urban… but we are also surrounded by a green, beautiful and peaceful environment; even so, the most important locations of the city are not so far from us! Atleti azzurri d’Italia stadium is just 2 km away and the city center can be easily and quickly reached with public transports. Visiting Bergamo historical city center couldn’t be easier – a bus stop is located right outside the hostel! Take bus number 3 and in just 15 minutes you will be able to admire all the beauty of Citta Alta. Last but not least, if you have to catch a flight in Bergamo – Orio al Serio airport, you can either take the public transport or a private airport shuttle with special rates, available upon request.
Last minute booking in Bergamo. Don’t have too much to say on this place apart from, only stay here if you are getting an early / late flight from Bergamo airport… if even that ! The location of this hostel is extremely far out of everything. It is doable to walk to the main attractions but with bags etc no a hope. Despite the location, the hostel is well equipped. The staff here are extremely nice and welcoming and the main floor / common area that holds few comfy seats and the breakfast area. I was on the second floor, in a 6 bed mixed dorm. A very basic dorm indeed yet it did have an en suite. I did get a single bed to myself but overall it was more a place to lay your head and head off early / late. The lockers are very tight and most are broken ( for locking purposes ) The breakfast is surprisingly very good for Italy lots of selections! There is also a rooftop terrace which is pretty nice on a sunny morning. Kitchen is equipped fairly basically but would do well for cooking up some good grub. However do note a lot of people staying here are just there for the night so expect an early awaking for people leaving to catch flights etc. There isn’t much social if any here. A DJ plays some nights but unless a crowd is here it is very sad.. Would only recommend for those catching a flight / arriving in late. Or if you do not mind a hostel 40mins out of the city then definitely check it.

Ostello Bello Como Lake is the newest Ostello Bello Hostel. Just steps away from the lake, in an amazing location, Ostello Bello Como Lake is the best place to stay and the ideal base to explore the Como Lake magical landscapes.
I had a great time at the hostel! The terrace, outdoor patio, and secret garden are all lovely outdoor social spaces, and the people in my room were all very kind. They also have great resources for day tours and have a lot of connections. All in all, this hostel is a win, I recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere young, cool, and well-connected to stay in Lake Como!!

Rifugio Lagazuoi is one of the most elevated mountain inns in the Dolomites. Its spacious deck is so famous for the breathtaking views on the Dolomite peaks , UNESCO World Heritage. It is nestled on the summit of Mount Lagazuoi above Passo Falzarego, half way between Cortina d'Ampezzo and Val Badia, between the Natural Park of Fanes and Sennes and the one of the Ampezzo Dolomites. It can be easily reached hiking or by the Lagazuoi cable car. It's an excellent starting point to visit the restored galleries, trenches and emplacements of the 1st World War Open Museum and to ski along the famous Armentarola, the longest and most spectacular slope of the Dolomites, and on all the slopes of the Cortina and Val Badia ski areas. It offers accommodation, bar and restaurant service with local specialities like polenta with roe deer or the typical strudel.
This refuge has some of the most astounding views in the Dolomites. The accommodations do not meet expectations. Understood, it's a mountain "hut" with hotel prices. The rooms are very basic dorms (even the private rooms), public bathrooms which is standard for these lodgings. The staff is courteous enough, but due to the number of tourists they can be short with clients. My biggest complaint was dinner. For lunch they have an expansive menu with many mtn dishes, but dinner is very limited and not very interesting. They state the running water is not potable, yet ask inflated prices for bottled water. The hut is on a peak, so no matter where you walk, you have a long, steep uphill to return. If you want a view you can watch for hours, this is the place. If you want more comfortable lodgings, there are better valued places

I noticed a sign at reception saying something along the lines of 'No refunds for previously-booked nights' but didn't think much of it. Then, after trying to sleep in a room that could either a) be stinky and hot without a window open or b) incredibly noisy due to train and street noise, I wanted to leave a night early but they told me I wouldn't get any money back if I did. This seemed strict given the circumstances, but I sucked it up. Wifi was also pretty bad, so don't plan on getting any work done or streaming videos here. Aside from that, things were okay. The breakfast was one of the better free breakfasts I've had in the covid era of hostelling, and the staff was able to lend me a charger since I'd forgotten mine.
