Geckos Hostel is powered by solar panels, much of our furniture has been made with recycled wood. We make a separate collection of waste materials in order to run our property in an eco-friendly way. In order to book, we ask the payment of the 50% in advance , the other 50% is paid at the check in in cash , debit or credit card.You can check in anytime, just remind that the room access on the day of arrival is allowed only from 2PM on. On the check out day, it is compulsary to leave the room within midday to allow our cleaner service to prepare the room for the next guests, but you can stay and use the hostel services also after the check out time. There are 4 mixed dorms, one female dorm and one double private room. Most of which are air conditioned. We have a very large common area with many facilities: satellite TV, DVD, playstation, computer, books, travel guides. Additionally there is nice patio, balcony, garden with a clean pool, a bar/bbq area and many hammocks for recovery after a long day at the beach! Rates include linens, fast free WIFI, beach toys and a delicious breakfast made with local fresh produce. During the day we do amazing trips all over the island and in the night we prepare typical Brazilian bbq's and many other dishes. We rent bikes, motos, cars, surf boards and sand boards. We organize airport and bus station transfers. We arrange special prices for activities such as surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddleboarding, rafting and paragliding classes. We are located on a safe and quite street in Lagoa da Conceicao, a high vibe Floripa neighboured close to the famous Joaquina and Mole beaches. We are beside the lagoon and only 2 minutes on foot from banks, ATMs, pharmacies, medical centre, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and night clubs. There is a bus stop in front of our gate, a mini market 10 metres away and a marina 100 metres away from where you can take boats to reach the most scenic points of the lagoon and small fisherman villages. Resuming , the perfect place to stay for visiting the beauties and the attractions of Floripa, staying in a really comfortable and efficient property.
