As mentioned it is budget hotel because of the price they charge for the rooms, it was around 450 when we have visited this place. very near to Tirupathi Railway Station (Walk-able) and bus stand also. Service is very good but it is OK for the price we are paying. Don't expect any complimentary breakfast or lunch. Worth for the money.

Salsons Retreat can accommodate up to 30 persons at a time. It has two air-conditioned suites that can easily accommodate up to 5 persons each and a dormitory that can accommodate 15 people. There is also a 'Fun Pool' and complete provisions for a wide variety of sporting activities like cricket, volleyball, football, basketball etc. It also has a children's park and other fun activities making it completely suitable for a day spend. The resort has been built amidst mountains and hosts mango orchards in itself. There is a beautiful dam close by, offering ecstatic views and adventures like boating, trekking, swimming, hiking etc. Add all this to a wonderful barbecue and get prepared for the holiday of your life..
This is a quiet place built in a mango orchard close to the Thatipudi reservoir, Vizianagaram district. Most people may not know it but you can google it and could find facebook page. You may have to consult by phone first before going, to make arrangements. I am unsure as we went as a team and another team member made all the bookings, etc. Don't expect high resort like, but it is a nice place in a mango orchard, with a pool, rooms, places to relax, play places for adults and children, (cricket, basket ball, etc, they provide all bats, balls, etc), swings, etc and a tree top perch to relax.

Hotel Lalitha Delight is located in a very scenic spot in Visakhapatnam. The hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi. The hotel is located very close to Indira Gandhi National Zoological Park and the Kambalakonda Wildlife Sanctuary. The hotel has well-furnished rooms with modern amenities, including AC, TV, free WiFi and round the clock power backup. Quite a few good restaurants are located close to the hotel. The hotel offers great views of the surrounding plateau range.
Of all the places that i stayed this was the most surprising hotel to stay at. I had a room which included breakfast. Since i had checked in early morning i was still sleeping when at 7:30 am i was woken up to be served breakfast. It was room service but the surprise was that a man with a big box containing idlys and Vada just dolled out a few peices to a plate and put chutny and sambar over it and handed it over to me. He gave a cup of tea in a disposable glass and left. First time in my life have i seen this type of room service or breakfast being served. Unless you want to experience some thing like this please avoid this place. Rooms are not very clean and the bathroom is also bad and there was no hot water facility.

I booked a double AC room (2A+1C) for more than Rs 1000 per day through Yatra.com. The hotel is near to Bima Delux and Rs 550 pre paid taxi fare from Airport. Railway station is very near (around 300 mts). Bus stand is around 1.5 Kms. Hotel is inside a small street where cars can hardly pass. Rooms are very poor with stingy smell. AC is window style and noisy. Cots are shaky and may fall off any time. Bathroom is horrible with no covering on the ventilation window (only a rusted grill is there). Check in is flexible, but wont allow any time beyond 24 hrs for a day (though we are paying a huge rent). I think the rooms should cost only Rs 400-500 per day at the maximum (u may get a wonderful accommodation at Bimas Delux at comparable or bit higher rent). Only plus point is the hotel is nearby to railway station and bus stand.
