Our guide, Nicolette, was so knowledgeable and fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the 3-hour tour. I was sad when it was over. My 11 and 13 yr old liked it too but it was a little long for them, not at the fault of the guide one bit, just their age.

Wish we had read the reviews before booking. Palermo is quite small and most the main sights are very central, so you don’t really need a bus tour. However, even if you are not keen on walking, the bus tour will be of little use, as the advertised ‘hop on, hop off, every 20 minutes’ is simply untrue. The bus only arrives every 90 minutes (we lunched in a restaurant next to the stop we alighted from and that was the time gap). In addition, there is no access to a live map for bus arrivals, so you have no idea when the next bus will arrive. In a nutshell, it’s a rip off.

We decided to go Early in the morning in order to avoid the crazy lines (on last days of december it's super crowded). Well, it was the best choice: colosseum was almost empty and we had a small group so it was like a semi-private experience. The guide was informative, yet funny. Really recommend this tour!

A very quick tour of the main sights but doesn't get you close enough to take photos of the majority of them. Instead, the bus can be used to hop on and off to visit the sights. We live a bus tour, but if you can, given the historic city is small, enjoy the walk around instead.

IT'S A SCAM, Dont believe the titel, it is misleading and they will just give you a ticket worth half of your money to visit only the vatican museum and Sistine Chapel. DONT BUY IT, it is also not a guided tour so be aware!!!
