We loved the knowledge that Robyn had about the area and the water bottles offered are great idea . Perhaps knowing that I would have to cut some of the tastings to share proper knife and plate would have been helpful understandable COVID times ,not sure what could have been sorted ....? We also felt seeing we are Australian and the only people on the tour perhaps vegemite toast wasn’t the the best idea , but I understand for I international tourists would love it ... We were asked about allergies and unfortunately she had forgotten so my husband missed out on the Thai prawns . If I knew we were going to wait I would have ordered a wine whilst waiting in some situations .

As an inner westie I've always wanted to check out all these northern breweries but the lack of public transport has been a problem. This tour solves that and is a lot of fun. Sara and Steve run a fun tour that gets you behind the scenes, where you can learn about how the beer is produced as well as getting a wide variety of beers to try. You absolutely won't go thirsty ! Save some space for the BBQ at nomad, its great. I'd absolutely do it again

We really enjoyed the passion that our tour guide (Max) had with respect to the history of East Balmain. Max was very informative and he was able to impart his knowledge with great enthusiasm - sometimes history tours can be a little "boring", but Max had the ability of making the tour very interesting and enlightening. The walk was not too physical either so it would suit people of all age groups. The walking tour was conducted at respectful pace and there was plenty of time to take in the surrounds. Would certainly recommend this particular walking tour for tourists, locals and Sydney siders in general.
