The opportunity to see the glaciers up close and to trek on them was definitely a bucket list activity! From the moment you strap on those crampons, you know you are in for a once in a lifetime experience. The guides were great and you even finished the trek with a glass of whisky on glacier ice. This was not a strenuous trek so I think anyone could take it on - we even saw a man who seemed to have cerebal palsy and he had two guides assist him and was able to complete the trek.

We take a tour of the most prominent sites in the city. We visit the Historic Center where we will know the majestic Cathedral Church, the historic Cabildo and the Plaza San Martín. Then, we visited the Jesuit Apple, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2000; the “Nueva Córdoba” neighborhood, one of the most dynamic sectors of the city's economic, cultural and recreational life. In its surroundings are the Capuchin Church, a neo-Gothic style building from the mid-twentieth century, the Paseo del Buen Pastor, the Superior Museum of Fine Arts Ferreyra Palace and the Emilio Caraffa Museum of Contemporary Art. Finally, we visit Sarmiento Park, one of the oldest in South America, designed by the French landscape designer Carlos Thays. The tour is customizable based on traveler preferences.

I did the 'La Hoya Techada del Yuspe' trek. (800 pesos) They picked me up from my hostel. The trek included a big lunch. The views were great. There were waterfalls, and cliffs, and lush green hills. Bring swimmers for this trek. We walked along idyllic streams a lot, and swam in a natural pool above a cool waterfall. And there's a nice diving spot. The hike often turned into a climb, which I found really fun.

Howard waited patiently for my wife and me at the airport even though there was a very long delay in passport control. He gave us an insider's perspective of the BA history, culture, and cuisine. In addition to all the must-see highlights (walking tours of Recoleta Cemetary and la Boca, monuments/statues), he showed us the memorial park dedicated to Argentina's "The Disappeared", a very moving experience. When I told Howard I collected Hard Rock T-shirts, he drove us to the store, helped me buy the right shirt, and even took photos of me in front of the store! My wife and I loved walking along la Boca, where Howard seemed to know many of the vendors, as he introduced us to them. Howard showed us a nearby place for lunch, where we had parilladas, an awesome BBQ meat-lovers meal. Howard toured with us the the entire day, dropping us off at our hotel. Thank you for a wonderful day in BA!

We were lucky to use Sak Wine & Travel for our transfers and both of our excursions in Mendoza. Our guide and driver for our stay was Damian. Damian was very friendly and always on time. His knowledge of the Mendoza region was great, we learnt so much whilst driving around. The excursions we did were Wineries with lunch in Luján de Cuyo and High Andes with trekking - highly recommend both.

I went to the recoleta tour with Nicolas and it was the HOTTEST and most humid day, yet he was very informative, friendly, and positive despite the heat. We all went for beers after. The only thing I would’ve liked is more of a cemetery tour with more stories if possible. Great tour company!

In late February 2020, just before the world changed due to Covid 19! We did two tours with Biking Buenos Aires. I pre booked and pre paid the tours. The first day we did the full City Tour. It was one of the best City tours I have ever done. We learnt so much about the history of the city and Argentina. The guide was top class. We visited all the sights we wanted to see. It was a first class day out and highly recommended. The city is flat so even though I am in my 60s it was not a problem. The next day we did the Tigra Delta Bike & Kayak. Again, a fabulous day out. Going on the bikes, taking the local train and then the Kayak. On these tours you get to see things you can never experience if you’re on a coach trip. When you can visit again, use this company. Top Class Professionals. Thank you Biking Buenos Aires, Good Luck and stay safe!

The experience of discovering how german speaking immigration shaped the town look & feel, the architecture, and the mountain sports culture since the begining of times. This set the basis for the arrival of the last wave of immigation including the nazi presence (Erik Priebke). This also triggered some stories about Hitler living in the area. We wil explore evidence of all the above.
