We are a sociable running group based in the centre of Manchester, meeting on a Wednesday night at The Wharf pub in Castlefield at 6:30pm for a 6:45pm run. There's a 5k, 7k, 8k or 10k option and we head to the pub for a pint afterwards. We also have runs at weekend mornings along the canal. All abilities are welcome.
MRR has made a huge difference to a vast group of people. From humble beginnings, it has grown to over 2,000 members in 5 years, many of whom had never run before joining the club. It is non-judgmental and open and accomodating to everyone, from people with no experience to serious club runners. The founder, Chris Rider, is an inspirational figure within the Manchester running community.

Love this gym. Not too big and not full of idiots. At this time of Covid all the staff are very professional and have obviously been well trained. Plenty of sanitisers and cleaning materials Try it and enjoy it

Set in the heart of Cheshire, Hale Country Club and Spa offers exclusivity, unrivalled luxury, and class-leading facilities. With a state-of-the-art gym, magnificent health spa and sumptuous Japanese Izakaya dining restaurant, nowhere offers more for its members.
Recently visited Hale country club and spa for a boys day out. Great place with excellent facilities especially the heated outdoor infinity pool and the fire and ice room, had a full body massage with Sammi who was exceptional, the best massage I’ve ever experienced very professional throughout giving advice on future treatments and creams which would be beneficial to me, would defo recommend ????????

I had the 3 day free pass. It was fantastic. Body combat then a swim, steam room and jacuzzi. I was completely energised and relaxed in equal measures. Definitely the place for me.
