The classes at this facility are exceptional. The high energy and motivation pushes members and guests to reach their goals and improve fitness. I’ve always loved Les mills classes and enjoy the range on offer here. From body combat to pump. Probably my favourite class here though is their body battle class. This is a unique class developed by this gym and involves high intensity routines of punching combinations on heavy bags with cardio intervals in between. It seems to challenge all members regardless of fitness levels. I’m personally not a huge fan of gyms so don’t get much use out of the quality equipment here. It all seems to be of a great standard. But I’m no expert. The only time I really use this kit is during the circuit style rig class. The place has a real good atmosphere and is relaxed. They do a pay as you go option here for people who don’t want to commit to membership but think they also offer a free trial. I’d definitely recommend this facility and the instructors at feel good.

The Stapleford Park Spa was created in the beautiful Stable Blocks of Stapleford Park to provide an oasis of beauty and tranquility. Each Spa Suite was created from the original Grooms Accomodation and are large and spacious so the therapists can work without obstruction. The spa is known for the quality of its treatments and its relaxing pace. A creche is provided on site where parents can enjoy a relaxing spa day knowing their children are having a lovely time as well.
Spa days can be so hit and miss, but I would definitely recommend Stapleford for a an almost retreat feel. You are so cut off from the rest of the world there, it's hard not to feel totally relaxed. We had two treatments and lunch and although pretty pricey, it was just what we wanted. The only thing I would say is that the pool&dining rooms are separated by a short walk from the treatment rooms, so you have to get changed between each one and meant we lost a bit of time at the beginning finding where everything was. Otherwise a lovely day and would love to go again!
