This is a very unique shop in that all of the candies that are proffered for procurement are organic, which in turn might make them rather expensive, depending on one's point of view. The candies are very delicious, nonetheless and over a month after having visited the shop, we are still enjoying their Pecan Pie Honey Caramel Confection ( Desert wild flower honey, organic cream, organic pecans, organic butter, organic vanilla and sea salt) one small 26 calorie piece at a time :-) The shop is in a very charming location inside La Entrada de Tubac. The young lady who waited on us was very pleasant and was willing to answer all of our questions. No candy making was taking place at the time of our visit, hut there is a large glass partition that would allow one to watch the process should that be taking place on the premises. Enjoy!
