Scottsdale has more spas per capita than any other city in the U.S.—so whether you’re looking for the latest medi-spa technology or a new-agey, bohemian vibe, there’s sure to be something for you. A Fun Tour of New Changes I have shopped at Cigar King at 7830 E Gelding Drive, Suite 100 in Scottsdale, for many years - since a good friend gave them a glowing recommendation. I cannot count the visits, I have made over that time, but had noticed that much had changed. For instance, the old storage area in Suite 100 was no more - it moved across the parking lot, into another building. In the front of the store, there had been displays of other merchandise added, but I had not seen most of the changes. In June, I got a full tour, and was amazed. My visits had been concentrated to just the cigar shop, in the front of the building, and the rear had changed greatly, since I was last back there. What had been the storage humidor, was now a media/club room, with several large-screen TV’s. Along the hallway, leading past the offices, from the front of the building, many new display cases had been added, and primarily for higher-end watches/time-pieces, and also top-brand sunglasses. Two new outdoor smoking areas had also been added, and the bulk inventory, had mostly been moved across the front parking lot. Having had my personalized tour, I headed out with my cigars, and made myself a promise to not let so many changes take place, without my knowledge - fun, enjoyable tour, and great customer service, as always. They are my go-to cigar shop in the Phoenix Metro Area.

We were in town for vacation and made a stop here specifically to feed my Outlander obsession. The bookstore was delightful - the employees were so kind and helpful, and they even recommended a wonderful brunch spot across the street (The Arcadia - amazing!). The mystery theme of the store is well done and the organization of interesting books and recommendations was great. I got my fill of Outlander with the first book, signed by Herself. (I've only read them on my Kindle, so I was due to purchase a hardback anyway!)
