We went to their store in Phuket Town and where greeted warmly and made to feel very comfortable, we had a good discussion and the English was good so were able to communicate ideas well. Two suits were made in close consultation to our satisfaction. The service was prompt and complete within 4 days. Highly recommend anyone looking for Tailoring to visit, you won’t be disappointed. Surely the best Taylor in Phuket, certainly the most professional and accommodating. We stumbled across New Escada by chance, when we were buying a suit case, having already decided I wanted a hand made suit & 3 shirts. How lucky we were to walk into Kumar’s shop. The attention to detail was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. After two very thorough fittings everything fits perfectly and kumar even wraps & delivers them to your hotel, over and above all services you could hope to expect.
