"I sell things that I love and have incorporated many products from talented Australian designers – home grown artists and businesses selling original products."Just because you live in the bush or are travelling through the outback, it doesn't mean you can't buy beautiful things locally."Dallas and her two adorable dachshunds 'Ruby' and 'Marat' look forward to welcoming you to 'The Garden Shed'

We called in to this Calico Cottage Heritage Complex while travelling to Roma. The Complex is located at a small place called Wallumbilla. It was meaningless to us until we had a look at what was there and we were really pleased. There is a building housing a vintage car and a horse drawn carriage. Also there is a shop with all sorts of souvenirs and attractions and home made biscuits and cakes also for sale. The place is manned by volunteers and the lady who was in attendance on the Sunday when we went through, was absolutely delightful. She filled us in on history and information and we had a really nice chat. I would definitely recommend this stop, just for a rest even, on the drive to Roma.

Do not go to Winton without visiting Winton Opal Gems. The most beautiful jewellery in town and spectacular opals. Stephen is full of knowledge and super helpful in selecting a piece that suits. You won’t find service as good as what you get from Stephen anywhere including his after sales assistance, he goes above and beyond. Thanks again Stephen for my beautiful opal

The Station Store is an amazing outback emporium in Longreach, Queensland, Australia. It's based on the traditional outback stores that sold everything pioneering families could possibly want. Run by the Kinnon family, the present day store has outback clothing, hats, boots, leatherware, local crafts, toys, books, homewares, haberdashery and more.
All sorts of good quality product to buy. Beautiful hand made genuine leather items. Bags, belts etc. Beautiful merino product. Postcards, books and many more. I got a gorgeous leather case for my glasses.
