Awarded top craft shop/gallery in Atlantic Canada (2013) & working with 365 different craft makers/artists (2018).
As an artist, I love roaming around King's Point, and the nearby town of Rattling Brook in search of great scenic material for future paintings. At the conclusion of my venture, I will sometimes drop into the "King's Point Pottery Shop", to browse over the multitude of souvenirs, gifts, pottery and paintings, crafted and painted by local artisans and artists, depicting the local scenic area. You will not leave with just a valuable gift for a friend, or for yourself, but a deep, profound experience, you will treasure for a lifetime. Linda, David and staff are very friendly and easy to strike up a conversation with. Their knowledge of the local area and far beyond is second to none. The "King's Point Pottery Shop" is a secret, shared by many, the world over...

The shop area features cards, prints, chapbooks and handmade books by variety of Newfoundland and Labrador-based printers, including Running the Goat. It also carries the press's line of fine trade books, featuring a series of award-winning folktales by CODCO alumnus Andy Jones, and books and audio books from other local publishers.

Our Craft shop opened in 1971 and has been selling Quality Handmade Newfoundland crafts for over 45 years. When my parents started this business, they were the only craft shop on the Northern Peninsula and were one of the first in Newfoundland. Throughout the years we have developed many different clientele which supply us with a wide variety of crafts, allowing us to have the biggest and best selections of Quality handmade Newfoundland products in Gros Morne National Park. We hope that you will drop by and see for yourself the many unique items, made by local Newfoundlanders.
Loved this gem of a craft store! After visiting all of the craft stores in the local area to get ideas, compare quality, and shop for deals, Gros Morne Crafts definitely came out on top! We found wonderfully crafted items at reasonable prices and the service was excellent!
