My partner and I visited a number of stores in Hatton Garden looking for an engagement ring and wedding bands before we entered A&S Jewellery. There is no doubt that A&S Jewellery was the best experience we had. Uri and Jon were absolutely great and made the experience enjoyable and stress free. There honest approach (which we verified) was greatly appreciated. The whole process (from start to finish) felt natural and at no point did we feel any pressure from the staff (which I must say we did at the other stores). We would highly recommend A&S Jewellery as the place to go when looking for an engagement ring/wedding band. Overall, fantastic customer service and wonderful friendly/honest staff.

I first met Chris last January and explained the vision I had for the ring for my now fiancé after I was referred to him by a friend. Chris invited me to see the selection of diamonds he had and was extremely knowledgeable in the important details for each one. Eventually I decided on the style and size of diamond and Chris turned things around very quickly to have the ring ready. Since then, my fiancé has been in and had the ring resized and the stone reset all completed perfectly, cleaned and promptly. What was supposed to be a daunting experience was made very easy with Chris. He is laid back, knowledgable and most importantly not pushy like you might expect from shop window diamond sellers. I have and I would 100% recommend Chris at Alexis Jewels. See you next year Chris when we come to sort our wedding bands! James and Niomi

I spent quite a while visiting almost every Hatton Garden showroom to hunt down the perfect diamond, ring, and all at the right price for an engagement ring. Sure, spend some time checking out what there is on the street, gain some diamond knowledge, get to know different styles, but you'll learn soon enough the prices on the main street are basically tourist traps. Almost every store will put a price tag on a ring that's near enough 30% too high, hoping to catch out an unaware shopper who doesn't know fair prices. Once you negotiate down its then to even know if you've negotiated enough with them! Once you have something in mind (or even if you don't), head down to Vincent Loveland and he will spend serious care and attention to get the perfect ring designed and made for you (and without the silly finger in the air prices). He and his team work out of their workshop just off the main road on Greville Street. Vincent sourced a great choice of diamonds for me until I found the PERFECT stone. The ring Vincent and his team custom designed for me around the stone as I wasn't a fan of the off the shelf rings where the claws are too raised and proud (making them vulnerable to damage). Vincent was very open about lead times and worked around my timelines, and the end result was truly beautiful. My (now) wife cannot get over the ring, and we made sure to come back to Vincent for the matching wedding band which he expertly crafted. I would recommend Vincent Loveland and his team to anyone seeking any diamond jewellery, you cannot go wrong and the host of 5 star reviews on TripAdvisor like this one are a testament to that.

On the verge of waiting for news if we were going into a second lock down, I was looking for a place to a) resize my engagement ring and b) have a plain wedding band made to wrap around my engagement ring all in preparation for my wedding which was still to go ahead. While looking through the window, I was invited into the store by Dorina where she aptly listened to what I wanted and made a few suggestions regarding sizing for both rings. At no point did she and Hannah ever deliver no more than exceptional customer service, kindly not removing my stuck on re-sizer to allow me to continue to wear my engagement ring (despite it doing nothing to allow her to correctly determine how many sizes down it needed to be resized to) and was very open about looking at other jewelers before coming to a decision. To say the least, the next few hours in Hatton Gardens shopping around were distasteful. I experienced pushy sales people, businesses that did not listen to what I wanted, my ring being scrutinised loudly across the room while acting like I didn't exist and another sales assistant pulling off my ring sizer with no regard to asking if I wanted it left on or not. We immediately returned to Ovadia where we continued to experience amazing customer service. Despite the looming thought of lockdown, Dorina and Hannah were very supportive in ensuring their local workshop would still be able to finish the task. I felt such trust in Dorina and walked away happy and comfortable with our decision. Ovadia did not disappoint. We were contacted a few days later with both my engagement ring resized and made-to-order wedding band complete to be collected. I could not have asked for anything more, they were both perfect. I honestly cannot recommend Ovadia enough and from all other reviews it seems the exceptional service and quality jewelery is consistent for all their customers. Thank you again Dorina and Hannah!
