South Africa's oldest operating coffee roastery, first opened in Port Elizabeth in 1924 by Ronald "Jock" Masterton. 95 years and three generations on, this family run business still serves the Port Elizabeth and greater Nelson Mandela Bay communities today, while also supplying coffee to top end grocers, retailers, hotels, restaurants, coffee shops and coffee loving individuals across South Africa. Now situated at 92 Main Road, Walmer in Port Elizabeth, the boutique coffee roastery is a must-visit destination for locals and tourists alike. Be sure to pop in and enjoy an amazing flat white, Americano or just about any coffee drink you can imagine while your freshly roasted coffee beans are prepared for you to take home.

Jan-Paul Barnard, Mr. Mohair in South Africa, has been producing hand spun, dyed, hand woven mohair curtains, blankets and clothes for the last 50 years. These are gorgeous, lush textiles that last a lifetime. Many people come into the shop gushing about their curtains and blankets that they bought 40 years ago that they still use! Without a doubt one of the most beautiful shops in Stellenbosch.

Daniell Cheetah Project offers you the unique opportunity to experience cheetahs from several age groups up close while they are relaxing, playing or being fed.
What a great job this place is doing, very informative predator tour with passionate guides....but then to take Zintle for a walk, what an experience!! She is a beautiful animal, not many people can say they have stoked a Cheetah, listened to her purr and then been licked. Just hope they continue to succeed with their program to stabilise the Cheetah population. Thoroughly recommended, you can get souvenirs and have a bite and drink as well.

The Chocolate Shoppe is situated on the main road of this quaint village. We sell handcrafted chocolates made from fine Belgian couverture chocolate as well as delicious Italian style Gelato.
wickedly delicious! the salted caramel is to die for! I also loved the cappucino - actually every one I tasted was so yummy I couldn't stop eating! Only pity was I had to share my box with my hubby! Unfortunately haven't visited the shop - was given a box of chocolates as a gift from my kids who visited Hogsback last weekend.
