Well, we didn’t get to ski because covid-19 closed everything. But I’ll tell you this. We were booked to rent skis from Black Tie. Last minute our son’s High School baseball was canceled for the virus and so we last minute added him to our reservation. They were so excited and made that addition so easy. They were forthcoming with promotions that I never would have look for in the fury of trying to get out of the house for vacation. They really helped us out. Fast forward several hours and the slopes end up closing. Another call to Black Tie, and no problem! Cancelation policies out the window, full refund. When I had to cancel I ended up speaking to the same gal as I did a few hours before when I added my son. She was genuinely bummed out for me, even though I did not ask for pity. She was so sweet, so kind, and so accommodating. Others (Ridebooker) made cancelation difficult for us. Black Tie made a difficult time a little easier, despite the fact that they must be under incredible stress and uncertainty. We canceled a vacay- big whoop in the long term- they have a crisis. But they were so professional and didn’t forget that there was a customer on the other side. I really hope everyone rents skis from these guys when we can all hit the slopes again.

This place is probably the cheapest place i could find for bike rentals! I didnt want to spend too much as im not a biker so i wouldnt be on it for long. I ended up using it for 2 hours and it was cheap! $15 per hour. There are many bike trails in whistler so it was a bit confusing to get to the area you want. The service was great and quick! he offered us free beer after ! The website was super easy and love how they recommended places where we should bike to and how long you would take to get there and which options would work better. I ended up going to green lake and it took us 40 mins? as we got lost! but it would have probably taken us 20min if we knew where we were going.

I recently rented skis from Coastal Culture for use during a week at Whistler. As we were staying at Creekside the shop's location was very convenient. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and have an excellent selection of skis to choose from, including some well reviewed higher end skis. I'm an Advanced/Expert skier and I was very pleased with my rental skis. We plan to return to Whistler Creekside next year and I'll rent from Coastal again.

My boyfriend and I rented two Norco Range Enduro bikes. The bikes were in great condition and a perfect model for riding the lost lake trails. The guys in the shop were friendly and super helpful with getting us set up and ready! Thanks so much Gateway bikes!
