The instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful! The hot yoga was amazing and cleansing. Exactly what I was looking for and needed. The studio also offered a great variety of classes and had them at all times to work with anyone's schedule.

We walked 16,000 steps day 1, quickly deciding that renting geared mountain bikes was a no brainer. Staff fitted us quickly and without complaint even when we arrived 15 min before closing. Next day I went and had my seat switched for comfort ( I'm used to my road bike). I was given map to find Legacy Trail. 3rd day my hubby got a flat. They came and switched out his bike, no charge. Just superb service! Did the guided tour kayak, Bo was awesome and we had a blast. I recommend this business 10/10. They are picking up our bikes from our condo so we don't have to add another 16,000 steps ????
