Plenty of places to chill for non-participants and great amenities with drinks and snacks available. Its easy to find and is only about 30 minutes from the city. The whole experience from enquiring about a birthday party, payment, the birthday party on the day - awesome! The communication and followup leading up to the event was excellent, Josh was so professional and wanted to be sure all my questions were answered prior to the day. On the day, the girls that looked after my son and his mates were very good. They welcomed us as we all arrived and when the time came, knew how to deliver instructions to a bunch of very excited kids. The arcade is great fun for the kids whilst they wait for their laserzone sessions - they got a total of 1 hour of play and at the end could check how many points they earned to trade in for prizes. The laser battles were the highlight - my husband and another dad joined in and they all had an absolute ball. The instructor giving the initial briefing was excellent - really clear and concise explanation of the play and rules, crowd managing a bunch of wriggling and excited kids (and adults!) whilst still coming across super cool :) The staff also supervised during play which was excellent for general safety and ensuring players were following rules. Parents could watch the play from an upstairs viewing room. My husband always makes the birthday cakes so we were able to bring this in. The staff that looked after the party table made sure all popcorn, cordial, water and lollies were topped up and made sure to check in with parents. One of the mum's mentioned to me that she was most impressed with the care from staff also. Thankyou Laserzone staff for helping to make my son's birthday an absolute ripper-day for him and his friends. i loved being able to walk away and not have anything to clean up! Why haven't we done this before?!!

Got picked up by the coutesy bus and 4 of us went for dinner. The club has been fully renovated and looks fabulous. We had garlic bread and prawns for starters both were really good and tasty it was busy but they arrived in good time. Mains were huge the boys had steak and ribs they both had trouble eating it all but loved it. My daughter had beef ribs she said they were the best she's had and she is really fussy. I had GF queenslander pizza the topping was very tasty but base a little ordinary but its difficult finding a good one. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive which is so nice in a club setting. All in all a fabulous night played the pokies and had a drink. Dropped off by the bus with a very friendly driver.

we've been twice this week, and loved every second of it.....clean, lots of fun, super friendly and helpful staff, i can see it could be less fun in busy times, but numbers are limited.... i think people need to realise it's not a child minding centre, and should be up on the seats provided, supervising their own kids.....there is an area for small children and it should be the parents responsibility to keep their kids there....not have them charging in amongst older bigger kids, then complaining. ....we loved it and will be back...planning the birthday party there soon
