Breakout Games - Cincinnati (Hyde Park)

This isn’t your average outing or everyday experience—Breakout is for those who would rather solve mysteries than watch someone else have all the fun. With different rooms that follow unique story-lines, you and your friends will have 60 minutes to escape your adventure of choice by cracking codes, solving puzzles and following clues. Part problem solving, part adrenaline, end-to-end fun!

I’ve done 4 games here. Some have been challenging where we got our with 3 seconds to spare, others we got out in plenty of time. I feel like they do a good job with theming. Do Not Disturb, Runaway Train and Kidnapped had much more immersive sets than Murder Manson. Game masters have been attentive and kind. A little lenient on clues, but usually when the team is most of the way there already and just needs a nudge. I can’t wait to go try their new Undercover Alley

We had a blast! Jordan was a great game master and made the experience so awesome. Our only issue was that some of the locks could be updated. There were a couple of points where we lost time looking for a combination that worked, when we already had the correct combo.

The Escape Game is a live 60-minute adventure. You and your team will select a challenge and will have one hour to complete your mission and escape. We offer several unique experiences, all happening in a completely immersive environment. I did the Gold Rush room first, and was so blown away by the build quality, immersion, puzzle variety and uniqueness that I immediately signed up for the other rooms. All of the game masters (shout out to Joella, Dabney, Hunter, and Laura) were friendly and enthusiastic about helping my groups through the rooms. I've visited numerous escape rooms aroubd the country, and The Escape Game has definitely topped the list. The rooms were appropriate for all skill levels, and often went beyond your standard lock-and-key setups with creative physical puzzles and challenges. HIGHLY recommended.
