State College, as can be imagined from its name, is a college town, the home to the main campus of Penn State, one of the ten largest public universities in the United States. Downtown State College is home to hundreds of businesses that serve the university's students and professors, from boutique shops, to coffee houses, to theaters for the performing arts. The city is also home to the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts, which brings 125,000 visitors to the downtown area each year.

Attended Penn State Women's Volleyball match. They swept Iowa. The crowds are very into the match and are very respectful of visiting teams. It is a great venue for volleyball, wrestling and gymnastics. If you ever have a chance to attend an event, do it. you won't be sorry.

Lasertag is amazing fun for all ages 5 to 95. The blacklit arena is 2400 sqft and has 8 HD arena cams that can be watched on 3 65" 4K TVs. The arena has mirrors, columns, windows, tubes to slide under, a fort, 2 lazyboy recliner chairs, 2 portable sniper towers, and fully customizable lightening, including blackout.
