Luxury beach
Worth a visit while in Provo. I got there via a boat drop-off that included a guided tour of the Iguana Island. Make sure to go through the vegetation and through to a pristine little beach adjacent to Half Moon Bay beach on Little Water Cay. The actual Half Moon Bay beach is pristine yet there's quite a bit of boat traffic going through and lots of people getting on and off boats. There's no on-foot access to the beach from Leeward, you have to arrive by boat. Caribbean Cruisin' has affordable options to get to the beach. They're located near the TCI ferry in the easternmost Leeward.

Forgot to review Bonefish Point from vacay last February (coming back this Feb and will deffo visit again!). We set off with our map to find a beach which was quiet, and took our cool bag full of everything we would need. This is a must. Seriously, it's a schlep for sure but so worth it if no one else arrives for the day! The drive up in our economy vehicle =interesting!! We didn't think the track was ever going to end, but once we saw the clearing, we parked up and walked about 20 yards and plonked our gear down. We had our doughnuts and a lilo and just lay in the sea bobbing along, for most of the day! The water is calm, and you don't get dragged away by the tide. We didn't hike over to the carvings, we walked along the top of the rocks and saw conch shells etc. all interesting stuff. If you like to be 'off the beaten track'..this is for you. We loved the quiet.... ate our sandwiches and had a bottle of pop! Definitely spend a day gathering your thoughts here... even if others turn up, they give you a wide berth and go to find their own 'piece of tranquil'... or maybe that's just us they gave the wide berth to!? LOL...

Turks and Caicos' first and only Fine Art Photography Gallery displaying some of the best landscape and wildlife photos you'll find on the islands. With 40 years of experience between them in the field of photography, David and Anita continue to capture the beauty of the islands from above and below the water. Selling a wide variety of fine art prints on mats, canvases, wood and metal.
If you are an art enthusiast and love the ocean then you must stop in while visiting. We were very lucky to meet David the owner and photographer and he explained how he does his underwater photography and took the time to show us his equipment. I can’t even put into words how amazing his pictures look. We bought one of his turtle pictures and had it shipped back to us in the states. He even told us about where he goes on the island to take the pictures and we went snorkeling and found one of the baby turtles. Definitely one of our highlights of our trip. Susan and David M

Soft white beaches and clear blue waters make this bay a popular tourist destination.
Beautiful beach with the great Caribbean crystal blue water at your feet. You can rent beach chairs, they have food and drinks available. No hotels on this beach. Very calm waters you can walk in for two blocks before it gets deep, Great for Kids. Also Jet skis to rent

Warm, calm and clear waters make this a perfect beach for swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving.
We have just been on the P&O Azura. and this was one of the best stops on our cruise. Sun Ray beach is located just at the end of the ships pier. The cruise centre has a number of sunbeds and parasols on the beach closest to the pier, these are free. However, these soon go and the day we were there another two cruise ships also arrived-so busy! We paid 25 dollars for two sunbeds and an umbrella, drinks were usual price -five beers for 20 dollars. Horse riding along the beach and even in the shallow sea water was available for 20 dollars. The beach is beautiful with shallow clear water just about all you could expect from the Caribbean, ideal for a swim or snorkeling. The cruise centre itself is rather small, the astronaut John Glenn splashed down nearby and has a commemoration statue and information within the centre . When we were there it was a lovely, sunny day however, if it was a dull or wet day I don't know what else would be available as the island itself is only small. Lovely beach, super sea and great people.

Thirteen miles of undeveloped, protected beach, part of an effort to preserve the natural beauty of the islands.
Very good snorkeling. As soon as you get in the water, you see fish. They have buoys all around the protected reef. About 50 feet past the buoys on the right side is where the turtles are. I saw 4 turtles together by the grassy area. Also right outside the end of the buoys I saw a stingray and 2 spotted rays swimming together. There are may different types of fish but the coral is not as vibrant as other areas I have visited. Be advised that there are wind gusts in the TCI so the water is always choppy. I would not recommend diving later in the day. Also, I snorkel with a Body Glove vest for extra buoyancy and recommend this. It makes snorkeling very easy.
