Fantastic selection of antiques, collectibles, and gifts. Individual vendors have set up their booths in attractive ways with LOTS of great things at very reasonable prices. The owners are friendly and helpful. You can count on being greeted with a smile and a warm hello! I visit Grey Barn on a regular basis because there are always new treasures to be found. In addition to all of the antiques and collectibles there is the Country Store section at the front of the shop where I found delicious honey, syrup, nuts and candies. They also have a well stocked section of Fusion paints. I always plan to spend at least an hour when I visit so I have time to look in each booth and every shelf. A great place to shop!

An awesome Independent bookstore located in Beautiful Sparta, NJ.
Came for a brief visit with my 95yr old FIL and my wife. My FIL loves historical books, my wife is besotted with her grand-daughter. Both of them very much liked the books available. Decent historical selection, and the children's section came with very good recommendations from the owner of the bookstore. The fiction section was somewhat oriented to modern bestsellers, but there were staff recs about some books. That's always a good sign. I'm a nerd, so I look to the non-fiction and STEM side - I found a few gems here but that's not the focus of this bookshop. From what I could see, the owner really cares about books. Esp. children's books, but she has a nice selection over all. Like any bookstore, there is a selection of non-book stuff - local coffee cups, greeting cards, etc. I very much hope that this bookstore succeeds.

...but still beautiful and colorful. Though I think I missed the full force of it's foliage by a week, nevertheless this park is awesome. I like to hike, and I did the orange trail today which basically circles the park's public golf course. It's a somewhat moderate trail with some difficult, and I think it totals about 5 miles in length. The trail is well maintained, but I did see a whole lot of downed and dead trees along the way - more than most trails I go to around here - maybe it's the time of year. I drove around the park after

Great Walking/Hiking trails and the Ranger Staff is great! Lake Aeroflex is at the end of a small airport runway and has a nice picnic area and is kayak/canoe friendly with an easy put in.
